Brain Price with Pro Choice roofing was contracted to replace an existing roof due to Hurricane Damage. Brain was paid ****** to complete the roof March 2023. He finally did get the permit in June of 2023. However the job was never started and now ***** is no longer responding to calls or emails. His previous manager contacted us stating the Brain has left the area with approximately ***************************************** completed.Initial Complaint

On 01/18/2023 we signed a contract to have a metal roof replaced on a Manufactured Home at *** ******** ****** ** **** ****** ** ***** Lee County due to damage from hurricane Ian for $18,576.00. We sent 1/2 of the amount or $9,288.00 with signing of the contract and were told they should be able to get the roof replaced in a few months depending on how long it would take to get the permit. They started giving many excuses and not returning phone calls or texts. Then in late March we found out the permit was issued by Lee County and my nephew who lives in Cape Coral was able to contact the Company. They said they just had a meeting about us and would start the job in a week or 2. He finally heard from the again and they said they would start around April 18. A crew did come and put on decking and sealant. They did not completely clean up the old metal roof and they told my nephew they would be back in a few days to finish clean up. To date they have not come back. They say that the debris is not old roofing but they would clean up when they finish the roof. They have no idea when that will be done however. For the past few months we have been getting complaints from the Association and neighbors about the debris. Since April when we were able to contact the Company they keep giving excuses about workers or materials and they continue to say they don't know when this will be completed. We are at the point where we may wish to cancel the contract and get a partial refund from our down payment and find another roofer to complete the job or get an exact time from Pro Choice that they can finish the job. The representative of Pro Choice in the Fort Myers area is James Fucci who refuses to have the debris removed and can't give a time when the roof will be complete. ************. We believe that over 7 months from the start of the job is excessive. There is a lot more could go into but this is about all the space available.Initial Complaint

On 7/27/2022 ProChoice Roofing replaced our roof. We started to have a leak on or about 7/1/2023. I called them at 402 808-0280. The number had been disconnected. I tried to call Eddy I******* General manager but his number is also disconnected. Their website **************************** is also no longer working for the Hastings Nebraska office. They sold us on family values and good service. They must storm chase and rent store fronts to conduct business. I'm very disappointed I didn't go local. They tried to get extra money from us for the gutters and never did them. Don't use them.
