I was ripped off $35,300.00 by Pro Choice Roofing LLC.CCC1332279 On Feb. 10, 2023, I signed a contract with Pro Choice Roofing owner, ********************* with the salesman ********************* as witness to do a total roof replacement of my home damaged by hurricane ***. He said it would ***********-8 weeks to begin depending on the arrival of the materials. I agreed to put 1/3 deposit down ($35,300.00) for materials to start the $105,500.00 job. He cashed in the check the same day.Permits were pulled and an NOC was signed. After 8 weeks I called and said they were still waiting for the material.****** (roofing material) southern US representative ************************* Supply Distributor, ***************** *** (**************) ******* or ****** made in March 2023 8 weeks went by and said they were waiting on roofing materials. 16 weeks went by, I made multiple attempts to get updates from the owner *****, sales *****, project manager *****. No definite dates for start. 22 weeks went by, and all had been ghosting me for weeks: not returning my calls, messages, or texts July 17, 2023, Called ****** ***** ****** on my husbands phone after just calling him on mine (went to voicemail). (He answered on the 1st ring and was caught totally off guard). Found out through the ****** **** ******* that my materials had been cancelled on June 8 and picked up by another company called Restore My Hometown (owner ***********************) June 9 and had been placed on hold all this time. They were cancelled again July 18 for non-payment. The materials had been waiting for MANY weeks.July 19, 2023, 10:00 pm *********************** (owner of Restore My Hometown) called and tried to talk me into going ahead with the ****** materials being delivered to my home COD.July 19, 2023, 11:00 am ********************* called and said a bunch of excuses. I didnt give a answer to continue. I dont trust him that he will show up

Our roof was damaged to the extent a new roof was necessary. Pro Choice Roofing was remarkably responsive, handled all the insurance issues, and sent out a very professional team to do the work. We couldn't be more pleased.

The only roofing company that fit us on their schedule after the bad hail storm, unlike most we didnt need a new roof just some repairs. They got us in and done quickly and the price was amazing.

My roof is in terrific condition thanks to Pro Choice Roofing LL. The workers astonished me with their speed and competence; they were punctual, experienced, and always left the area neatly cleaned.

Competitive prices without sacrificing knowledge or caliber. Brian is an amazing person who respects my decisions, is eager to work with you, and will make excellent suggestions.

Caveat emptor!!!! Do not use this company for roofing. First, they sub everything. Did not pay subs and suppliers. Provided fake lien release. New roof took forever. Rain flooded house after failed to dry in timely. Destroyed garage door. Only supplied 1/2 of gutters and never returned. Advised of leak one week after install and never repaired. Costs for repairs and damage over $16,000.00. Owner and employees all in on it.

I signed a contract with Brian ***** at Pro Choice Roofing on Feb 24 2023. They told me the permit was applied for and issued in March. Finally I went on the county's website and discovered the permit was never applied for. On April 5, 2023 I confronted them about it and the next day I saw the permit was applied for. On April 7 I told them I could see they applied for it but did not pay the permit fee. On April 8th they paid the fee. Our permit was approved April 24. Throughout this time we were reassured the metal was order. We kept getting the date they would start the roof pushed back. Their answer would be in 2 weeks we will start-then 2 more weeks-then 2 more etc. On May 30th the dumpster was dropped off and sat in my driveway for almost 2 weeks before the roof was actually started. On June 10th the shingles were torn off and the underlayment completed. We were told the metal would be put on within 2 weeks. The crew who tore the shingles off showed up to my house threatening a lien because Brian ***** did not pay them. Since June 10th it has been excuse after excuse of them waiting to find out from American Metal when the metal would be delivered. I finally called American Metal on 7/22/23 and they told me the provided an estimate to Pro Choice Roofing back in March but haven't heard from them since. American Metal said if they get the go ahead they could have it delivered anytime. James ***** w/ Pro Choice roofing respond when I confronted them about this that Andrew their point person with American Metal will be back in Monday and they would call me Monday. I called American Metal Monday and no-one name Andrew works there. Pro choice roofing then said they were using another metal company and I called the location they told me they were using and they informed they had no metal order placed for Pro Choice Roofing. It is now August 16, 2023 and the metal is still not installed and all they say is we are on their schedule. Ive never been treated so poorly.

Finding Pro Choice Roofing made me quite delighted. I had some problems locating trustworthy roofers in my area. I'm glad they were so well-mannered. On the installation day, they arrived promptly and finished the work precisely as promised. They did an excellent job of cleanup, and I was kept informed of the job's status and development throughout the day of installation. This company is highly competent, and I'd suggest using them.

Pro Choice Roofing confirmed my appointement two days in advance, and they showed up on time. There was no need for a follow-up appointment because the issue was swiftly identified and resolved that day. Highly suggestible!
