I spoke with all of the technicians as of December and none of them have their ASE certification, nobody in the building has actually had their ASE done in at least 5 years but it's on the sign. Techs are underpaid for what they do. I don't believe they even have a machine to properly flush brake fluid, additionally they may not use the correct spec for burst rate on brake line replacement, this is an issue because it can be dangerous. They have been servicing AC systems without any EPA certification for any technician. In addition they don't actually train people that they hire, very very little direction is given and many of the vehicles that come in are quite intense or complicated engineering wise and extremely varied so there's a huge margin for error. Scheduling is kind of bad since they use shopkey for job time estimation and many jobs take more or less time than is estimated. From what I have been told, manager is very hot headed and made a few people quit from raising her voice to a scream. I wish this were not the case but I have talked to people who stopped going there for service because things didn't get fixed properly and/or they were lied to. They need to be compliant with the laws in place for consumer/worker/environmental safety.
