Made an order on Sept. 18. Received message on Oct. 4 stating stock problems. As of today, Nov. 5, I canceled my order with my creditcard. What a waste of time on such a shoddy business.

This customer never even bothered to respond to our emails requesting if he would like to wait or cancel his order when we discovered a backorder issue with the item ordered. We are experiencing many issues with product availability right now, as are our suppliers due to the clogged up customs along the west coast. Trucking issues, labor shortages, box shortages, all contribute to issues beyond our control. We notify customers as quickly as possible when an issue arises and unless a customer responds, we don't have any way of knowing if the customer even sees our emails. Many never respond at all. It would have been nice if this customer has at least contacted us first to see what the problem is rather than just complaining to the BBB. It takes communication from both parties to make things work correctly. This customer has Gmail web-based email and unfortunately, Gmail marks nearly all of our emails as spam unless customers follow our directions in our order confirmation email and add our email address to their safe senders list or contacts. The waste of time is when we make multiple attempts to contact a customer only to be completely ignored.
