well I found this dental place on the internet, so I saw the address and went there. I began to talk to the billing person and began to cry because I was so depressed about my smile. I told the person that I would love to get me upper teeth done. She consoled me and said we'll help you. So she then began to discuss the different loans and how much they would be. Later they began the procedure, I thought they were going to start my upper teeth, but they said they couldn't do the upper teeth until they do the lower teeth. I didn't want my lower teeth done, I wanted my upper teeth done. So when the lower teeth were done, they told me that I would need another loan for the upper teeth. I was not able to get my upper teeth done. I feel like this was some tyoe of scam or something I don't know. I look just like I came in to see the dentist, like nothing was done. I didn't get the smile I was looking for at all!!!!!!!!!!!Business response

Tell us why here...Every case is different as to what a patient needs and wants. In this case, in order to fix what the patient needed and wanted on the upper, we had to correct the lower first. If we had not corrected the lower and just did the upper as the patient wanted, this would have been a failed case from the start. We totally understand and feel for this patients situation from the get go. We 100% wanted to help this patient. So much that we offered to do the lower at a discount so she could apply that money toward the upper when we were done with the lower. Patient fully understood the importance of doing the lower.
