We just finished replacing our old, cracked cement driveway with pavers. From start to finish, the project went smoothly. The initial discussions about our concept of what was to be done and developing the plan and cost proposal were great, including rebar in cement edging and tie-in to the street. Our questions along the way and through the entire project were promptly answered. Once the project got underway, it all went smoothly. Communication with contractor staff and crews was great. Construction crews worked hard in the hot sun and completed a top-quality job, including curving the pavers to the front door and pathway. Clean up each day was good. The final product is excellent and has received accolades from neighbors.Review from Lloyd B

****** Custom Pavers of SWFL is absolutely the Best!! Such a professional and honest company. Just finished our driveway and entry and we have people stopping to look at it.Always explained in detail all that was going to happen. Great communication from the day we contacted them. Quality crews that work hard and work together. Have to say, this is the first company in our 4 years of remodeling that has actually kept in touch, explained the process and gone above our expectations for the quality of work. We just had our driveway paved by Custom Pavers. From the first call of inquiry, to the last day of payment, everything was a well laid plan. ********************* explained each step, how and when it would be completed, and it was completed just as quoted! Payment is not asked for until the entire project is completed. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very professional and easy to deal with. WOW!!! Custom Pavers just completed the paver repair, cleaning, and sealing of my whole pool deck and the job they did was fantastic. The pool deck looks like new. Hats off to the workers for their meticulous work at all stages of the job and a huge shout out to the owner that took such care to explain the process, complete the work in a timely manner, and for his availability. Not one single call made to Custom Pavers required me to leave a message. This impressed me immensely. From start to finish this company is the best. The retaining wall behind my pool cage looks beautiful and beyond my expectations. Response time for a quote was quick and the project explained and all questions answered. The design team was excellent and provided clear explanations and suggestions for the job. Once the stones/bricks were delivered the crew was out the next day and they were efficient and professional. Whenever I called with a question the owner was quick to respond. Their work is amazing and this company definitely works as a TEAM. Several neighbors have commented on the wonderful job and have asked for business cards. Outstanding company. They did a professional job on my pool lanai I can not help but take phases from the Better Business Bureau that describes Custom Pavers Builds trust, Honest, Truthful and are Responsive.
