      It has taken me 2 months to be calm enough to write this review. I used them to transport my 2 cats from AZ to NJ. The pictures on the website are for show and not to be believed. The driver showed up with unsafe flimsy $15 nylon crates from Walmart and in a small suv, not the canvas framed crates or the van promised. She didn't plan to have water in the crates for 3 days. Only when stopping. Cats are not dogs!! It was a private transport and was told I could send luggage along with cats. But driver had the front seat full of her own stuff so I was only able to send cat food and a small back pack. She spilled my 30 lb bag of litter all over my driveway after she didn't provide litter like she was supposed to. I immediately contacted owner who admitted having issues with this driver from TX not using proper crates, etc. Suggested she make the driver go back to TX with my cats to get actual crates she was supposed to use. I said no so as not to stress my cats further. Plus I would worry my cats would get out and lost in a transfer between cages without me. In the end they threw each other under the bus as to whose fault things were. The partial refund the owner asked the driver to provide me never happened, and the owner refused to refund me any of her portion of the $3000. She did not provide the service I contracted for in the manner discussed and she refused to take responsibility. Do NOT pay this company 100% up front. You will have no recouse if things go wrong. None of the other companies, movers or car transport, required full payment. Just a deposit with balance on delivery. The fact they require 100% upfront tells me they are not to be trusted with providing the service contracted for, and allows them to get away with it.

      *****, I am sorry you were disappointed with your crates and the fact that we used an *** instead of a van. We do allow you to send along all of your cat's belongings but not your personal belongings. This is because we cannot be responsible for your personal items. We felt the *** was big enough for your 2 cats. With the price of gas, we are always considering the cost of gas and the mpg that our vehicles consume. As far as the crates, I am sorry you were not happy with the material they were made of. But they were roomy and, of course, our driver did have a litter box and food and water bowls inside of them. Your kitties did arrive on time and stress free. Isn't that the most important thing. Below are 2 reviews my customers posted for the same driver that did your transport.       Hi ****. I just wanted to let you know how amazing ****** was. **** loved her. ****** is a real trooper as she had to drive in a line of heavy storms to get here. I cant tell how happy I am with your service and with ****** as the driver. Thank you again!!! *******************,I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the wonderful service and care from ****** in moving our cats from ** to ** this week! They are doing great, and ******* love for cats shined thru this trip.I cant thank both of you enough for your help arranging this - we were very nervous about how our kitties would handle this, but ******* kind and gentle approach with them, and keeping them together in the same crate made this an easier trip than expected. The frequent text messages and photos from ****** along the way helped so much!Thanks again for the great service you provide!
