We signed a contract with Coastal Pools & More to install a 12' x 30' in ground pool with a spa and pool enclosure for approximately $65,000. Having experienced several issues during installation our most experience involved two more issues: 1) Pool deck pavers sinking 2) A leak in piping leading to the heater. Both issues present serious safety to us and our guests using the pool. On June 8, at 9:21 am I placed a call to Coastal Pools & More and talked to Mr. David K, Owner and the representative we initially signed the Contract with. I informed him of the pavers that were sinking and the concern we had for safety as well as any dominoes effect from more pavers sinking. Mr. K, promised that he would contact the paver installer and they would be out to fix it. Being reasonable and understanding of the current business climate we waited until June 29, as no representative from Coastal Pools & More or the paver installers had contacted us or arrived at our property to repair the pavers and address the safety issue. On June 29, at 9:42 am I placed another call to Mr. K informing him of the lack of communication and the paver issues were not resolved. Mr. K stated he was going to submit another work order to address the situation. On July 8 at 11:48 am I left a voicemail followed up with an email explaining about a leak from the pipe in the proximity of the pool heater. In the same email I referenced that we still had not heard from the paver company. Mr. K returned the email requesting model and serial number of the heater. He also stated he was "sending the work order again to the paver crew". We replied with the serial & model number. Mr. K then requested that we send pictures of the leak. See attachment of both pavers and leak. Mr. K stated that it was not a heater issue and that he would send someone out the following week to address. July 19, we sent another email stating we have yet to hear anything.
