      Karen from House Hunters Property has taken care of our brand new home/investment property for 14 years. We went for a visit this year for the first time because we will retire finally to the home that we entrusted with Karen. Because we lived and worked in New Jersey, Karen was totally in charge of caring for our home. What we saw made us so happy. Excellent, lovely tenants that lovingly took care of our home. My husband and I were blessed when we met Karen 14 yes ago. I would recommend Karen from House Hunters to owners and tenants everywhere. We never had to worry about our home thanks to Karen.

      My mother and I have been lucky enough to use House Hunters throughout most of our rentals while living in Florida. Karen has been our property manager now for 2 different properties in excess of 7 years of renting and she has been beyond wonderful. I couldn't say any kinder words about her! She has done everything in a very timely manner when ever we had an issue. She is always there to help and is a very understanding person when it comes to real life problems and doesn't resort to evicting someone when life hits you hard. She does her absolute best to work with you and come to a solution. Yet again thank you House Hunters and even more importantly thank you Karen for such a wonderful renting experience!

      From the beinning, I could tell that things on XXXXX ********* *** *** B in ********** iFl were NOT going to work. There was something not right about the timeline we were given to move into the house and based on how it looked when i was there, it didn't look like that would even be close to possible. What the last people had left was horrific. And Julia knew the extent of it. They were angry because they were being evicted. She even said they trashed it but that the backyard, and anything else we find will be cleaned by the time we move in. we should never have believed that. Living in the house has been one of the greatest hells of my life. And I go thru a lot of **** on the daily with my own health problems. Someone was ar rhe house trying to take of the toilet seat bc it wasnt stable and would cause someone to fall. I broke off completely but the bolts were still stuck in the toilet. one of your handy guys sent a plumber who usually comes, looks and says "I dont know what to tell ya.... I can't fix that!" So maybe be aware of who you are sending? Ive been told off, cursed out, taken attitude from and played punching bag for waaayy too many reairmen working for you. im not even gonna try to call bc you have a hard enough time being nice to me and my family. yea weve had some missed payments. during the touch times of covid when you didn't HAVE to be sending notices around about an eviction that wasnt even allowed to happen ar that time bc of a moratorium. so i took that as all i could have unneccesary harassment. in front of my kids. All we wanted was to keep it as normal for them as we could. but not house hunters. They want to make parents look as bad in front of their kids as they could! notices kept coming as i paid each, a new one was formed
      And then, after GIVING me a half dilapidated home to try to hold up, they had the nerve to tell us they are raising to the to 1500 a month with no upgrades?!?!?!?!?! That's ****** ***

      If it is the last tenants which it seems to be. That unit was renovated before they moved in. New kitchen cabinets, new toilets, vanity, paint etc. Upon several exterior inspections the yard was a mess. Trash everywhere, kids bikes, balls, toys, broken down basketball hoop etc. many attempts by management to get them to clean up. Could never get them to do it. The landscape guy couldn't even mow. The interior was disgusting. 7 cat litter boxes and they weren't allowed to have more than 1 cat. The appliances broken. Stuff splattered all over the walls food, kids slime putty, the floors i dont think were ever cleaned since they lived there. Melted crayons, candle wax, cat feces, food, years of dirt. Any vendor i sent in would gag just cleaning it up. Absolutely disgusting. This is why the lease was not renewed. I had to throw out appliances, not to mention the holes in the walls, cracked toilet tank and so much more. They are upset that their lease was not renewed they lived like pigs and have small children living it that petri dish of filth. Dcs should have been called. I have pictures that I would be happy to send. The owner had to spend 7 thousand dollars to clean up. They had no respect for others property.
