Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/11/03) */ ***Document Attached*** Hello ******, we reviewed your complaint and are disappointed you didn't realize you were placing an order for services. You completed the entire order form with your personal information, uploaded your ID, and signed it agreeing to our online consulting services. We also sent 2 emails confirming instructions on how to cancel within 48 hours. After 48 hours, our team goes to work on your order. We have already pulled reports and had expert consultants review your case before you contact us. Because services are a hard cost to us, we couldn't refund the first phase of your order but agreed to cancel the 2nd phase of the process for $695 as you did also agree to that charge in your order. See attached contract and ID you provided for the order. - Your order was May 22nd - You received your completed services on June 17th - You filed a complaint on June 23rd Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/11/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Because I never uploaded any I'd or information for them they had all my info without me having to tell them because they used my application for the eidl loan to get my bank account phone number etc and those two days they gave me and said to get ahold of them in that time period to cancel they did not and would not answer the phone I left message after message telling them not to process anything they also didn't respond til 4 days later I want my money back and the charges they incurred paid for it overdrew my account to 515 dollars by the time the months end came Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2021/11/07) */ We have been blessed to help hundreds of businesses owners finally get funded for the capital they needed. It's obvious you are frustrated but struggle to see how we mispresented our consulting business to you. If we did make an error, we would have no problem working this out. Remember, we met in the middle (in our previous discussions) and allowed you to cancel the second phase of the authorized agreement for the rest of the contract despite the passed cancelation. You realize you are accusing us of a serious federal crime. It is illegal and nearly impossible for anyone to obtain your SBA application. We have digital documentation that you clicked our google Ad for EIDL loan consulting services. You entered our consulting site, where we are very clear with our branding and not representing a government agency. You completed the form from a confirmed IP address, and you uploaded your state-issued driver's license and proceeded to enter all your business information and click our consent authorization. There were some delays in the orders during the time of your order because we had a surge of applications and emailed all our clients letting them know the delays. We contacted you 4 times from our business name to update you on your order. Our team did the work, sent you the work, and we discussed all this with you in numerous email communications. Resources Here: Here is the link to SBA privacy policy for your review https://***********/about-sba/open-government/privacy-act. Our Website form area where we clearly indicated who we are: https://***************consulting.com/apply-today/ I attached a sample of our AD with date stamp that clearly states our business is consulting business. Other information: We already provided copy of the California driver's license where the ID # is AXXXXXXX. You have short dirty blond hair, you are wearing a black shirt with a white shirt under the black shirt. You provided where you were born which is *********** The middle 2 #'s of your social security is *** We could not have been able to obtain this without you providing us with this information.
