On Jan 7 we paid a $320 deposit with our credit card for a December 2022 stay at Amelia Island Williams House B&B with the understanding that there would be a $25 processing fee for cancellation. I first contacted them on July 10th initiating the cancellation request. I did not hear or receive acknowledgement of this request so I called on Sat July 16th. I was told the refund was being addressed but since it had been awhile they could not credit my credit card that I used for deposit. I didn't quite understand that but I said O.K. It is now almost 2 weeks later and still no refund or any correspondence from them with an update. I emailed them again this past week and still have heard nothing. I am extremely frustrated with this and would like your assistance in recouping our money. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter
