just nowNEW Went as a group 5 people, whole group stood in front of cashier for the go kart racing at 10:30. We paid, when we get to the go karts 2 of the group is not registered. We go back to the front desk because apparently the manager at the go karts cannot communicate with the front desk. I get up front and 4 of the 5 can race but we have to pay for the 5th person. Why if we paid when we first came in. They then proceed to tell us I need to pay for 2 of the 5 people to race but its too late because its 10:40 and no one else can be added. Why do I need to pay for the 4th person if they were already registered to race. So we came all the way from west palm beach to be told at the end 2 of the 5 cannot race. Mind you, all night I had to keep going up front to get the right activities on the card. We paid for roller skating, when we go to roller skate cards don't show the purchases. I go back to the front and get the roller skating loaded. The same with the arcades loaded the cards and when we went to play no credits. Had to go again back to the front to have them loaded or checked. Complete inconvenience having to keep going to the front desk to get cards loaded or correct and no help from any managers or any staff. They were completely wrong for what was happening and they did nothing to even fix the situation or make it right. We will not be back. This is the 4th time we have been and same issue each time. There system is completely effed up and they were no help with trying to rectify the situation. They should've allowed everyone to race since it was their fault the cards were not working or they missed a few people to race. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. We will not be back! And I will spread the word. So not worth going over there.
