********************** in the Xtreme Action Park accepted a reservation for 8 players on 11/25/22. They were closed that day and never notified me and yet took my money ($256). I contacted them the next day to get a refund for serviced not rendered and yet they have not refunded my money or returned a call to me as they stated they would do. This is fraudulent behavior for taking money for services not rendered.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The business never offered a refund and certainly didn't do so right after the weekend. I had to call **************** and put in a formal complaint after which **************** reversed the charges. I also was never offered any free activity. In fact they never even returned by phone call after I left several messages. I never as much heard an apology from the business, including in their response to the BBB. Consumers need to be aware of their unethical business practices.
