HE MESSED UP 4 OTHER TRUCKS AND ***S ONE IS MY 80 YEAR OLD DAD,HE CHARGED ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE HE WONT FIX THE WORK THAT WASNT DONE CORRECTLY.HE IS TRYING TO STEAL MY 67 GTO AND 25 THOUSAND WORTH OF PARTS HE KEPT MY GTO FOR 2 YEARS AND MESSED THE *** ALL UP WITH LESS THAN GOOD WORK.**** WAS SUPPOSE TO PUT AN ***** AND GPS ON MY 2021 FORESTRY TRUCK HE CALLED AND SAID IT WAS DONE SO I PICKED IT UP AND PARKED IT WITH MY OTHER TRUCKS THAT NIGHT THEY STOLE THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER FROM MY FORESTRY TRUCK B/C IT DIDNT HAVE A ***** OR GPS ON IT WHICH HE CHARGED ME ******* FOR IT.HE SAID THE MUST HAVE STOLEN THE ***** AND GPS. THEN **** CHARGED ME 16 ,OOO.00 TO REPLACE IT.I HAVE SEVERAL OTHER THINGS TO REPORT TOO.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME..AND HE WONT LET ME IN HIS STORE ANY MOREBusiness response

Mr. ***** Pontiac *** was dropped off to our shop (Speed & Truck World) for a list of items to be completed. All work to be performed was noted and the list of items to be performed grew as the vehicle was in our possession. We never agreed to doing everything that was spoken about until we were up to that point as we already had a massive time consuming list to complete. Mr.**** supplied us with all of his own parts he purchased which included a full interior kit such as red seats, red carpet, red door panels, headliner and a few other interior accessories. The interior was all installed properly and has been completed. Mr.**** came by and inspected and instantly accused us of not installing certain items that were clearly installed in the interior such as the dynamat sound insulation which is placed underneath the carpet. He then decided to add more to the list such as a red dash, and door panels which are currently not done as we were going to circle back to that after we were complete with the engine and suspension. Keep in mind there was never a charge for anything that we did not do as they were added by Mr.**** afterwards. Mr.Gear also supplied us with a full suspension package which included coil overs, brakes, control arms upper and lower, bushings and miscellaneous other items which were all properly installed and are on the vehicle now.The majority of the suspension items that were brought were incorrect as well. Along with the suspension we were also supplied with a complete engine overhaul kit. These are very labor intensive items which include removing the engine out of the car , fully disassembling the engine and sent to machine shop for fitment and machine work and assembly. Once the engine was sent to the machine shop, we were notified that all the engine internals purchased by Mr.**** were incorrect and would not fit. This was a major setback to this project. Being such a rare car and engine , parts are not available as quickly as a modern day car, especially engine internals. Engine was completed within a few months after, due to delay of parts. We have video and pictures of the engine and internals all being assembled and the engine being put on a dyno after completion. We were constantly being accused of faulty work during this whole process as this was not ever the case. We have run an honest business for 50 years now and we have never been in this situation by any client of ours. Once we received the engine back, Mr.**** decided to check on the car and instantly accused us of not ever opening the engine to install parts and saying they are all the original parts still in the engine. The only way to go ahead and prove that this is false is to go back and open the engine. We can do that if needed at Mr.***** ******** As of today, the *** that was brought to us is in immaculate condition, with a updated engine, fully restored suspension with upgrades, complete exhaust, and an amazing interior. Yes there are still more items on the list that were in the process of getting started but at this point we decline to further work on any vehicles of Mr.Gear. Lets keep in mind, we have never once seen a dollar for any work performed to this day. We can go on with more items of this project that were completed but the list would be rather long. In his complaint he stated we installed a faulty alarm and GPS on his forestry truck which was nearly a year prior to the *** being brought in. We find it a bit odd he is making this claim but still brought such a large project like his *** to do a full restoration on. Mr. **** states we will not let him in our store anymore. Which is also false as we have always been nothing but nice, even though he comes into our business video recording all of our staff during business hours without permission of any kind and accusing numerous people in the shop.Mr. **** requested all of his old parts and items that were taken off the car as he was at our shop and has taken all those parts back and they are in his possession currently. Lastly, we were brought this vehicle in with a full list and the OK to start the project with no budget being discussed. We never once asked for a ***** from Mr.**** as he brought most of his parts. We are currently upwards of an invoice of 30k and never once asked for anything until the job was complete. At this point we completed the vehicle to a certain point as we will not further go on from here after constantly being bashed on the internet and being accused of lying and stealing. We have been in business for 50 years now and we have never been accused of what Mr.**** is saying about us. Ive attached pictures of the car's current condition. It can be inspected and test driven at any time. We will be putting a complete invoice together along with a list of parts that we supplied and it will be submitted to Mr.****. We do understand some of the items that were added by Mr.**** as the project went on we did not complete.
