      The agent at Easirent in ***** insisted I had to prove I had more than CDW insurance. My credit card covered that. Since I didn't bring my insurance papers with me, I called my insurance agent. She didn't answer so I left a message. I ended up having to purchase their insurance for $171 for the week since I had no other option. As I was walking to my car my insurance agent returned my call so I went back in and told Easirent my insurance could confirm I had full coverage and send them anything needed to prove it. The agent at Easirent said he would reverse $157 of the charge now and I would get the rest from some airport agency and I would get an email shortly confirming this. When I hadn't received an email I called and talked to another agent who said he saw my reversal in the system and I didn't have o worry. I never got the credit and had my credit card company try to get it. Easirent refused. NO ONE should do business with this dishonest company!!!

      This is the worst place to rent from. They will scam you for every *****. Make sure you read everything and get your paperwork.

      Horrible place. You have to wait about 30 -40 min when you there before you even get waited on. They mentioned some bs about local rules that wasn't on the site. Then I rented a standard size Santa Fe SUV and they gave me a mid-size trailblazer SUV, not even the car I selected online. Messed up my whole trip. I have to drive my own car now. Then they won't pick up the phone when you call. I'm telling you if you want your trip to go smoothly don't rent from easirent. They just want your money and will give you any type of car. Also the cars were dirty on the inside. This place should be shut down. If you have any kind of issue you will not be able to get a hold of them. Run far from this place.

      DO NOT USE! A regular $250 rental agreement turned into a $600 total expense! $300 for miscellaneous charges?!This is a scam and the people who work there dont care! PLEASE do not give them your business, you WILL be duped! ??

      False advertising. They post a price with a car and it states unlimited milage.. But when you go to pick up car they request additional $25 a day for unlimited milage. I contacted customer service and they said I booked through rental.cars. So they allow this false advertising of unlimited milage. They refuse to allow you to have unlimited milage at the price that was advertised.

      We booked our reservation on Priceline who then secured a rental with "Easirent" in ***************, **. When we arrived at the office to pickup our vehicle we were informed there were NO cars available. In fact the lobby was filled with other customer who have been told the same thing. Their response was, you can wait for a car or request a refund. We chose refund and pursued other options. While waiting for them to cancel our reservation, several others customers entered the building in disgusts, complaining they received tickets for expired plates. Their response was "you cant get a ticket on a rental car", but they were holding the ticket in their hand. It appears Easirent is having a number of issues, honoring a reservation is one of many issues.While I'm super frustrated with Easirent ruining the kickoff of my vacation, I'm more frustrated with Priceline. I looked on the BBB and Easirent has a "F" rating, with 1.31 stars and more than 300 complaints. Their business antics are in question; if securing a low price means sending their customer to a sub-par merchant, thats criminal. They should not be doing business with anyone holding an "F" rating. As a customer of Priceline, I'm unable to make the selection, I'm at their mercy to make a good choice, and it appears their selection process is in question.

      Worst car company ever. 1. Easirent is a ***************** and the only way to escalate your complaint is to visit the European Car Rental ******************** which "has a free service to help with unresolved complaints."2. You can't contact them!!! No one answers the phone. Ever! "You are number...23". Live chat doesn't work (no one responds), nor does their email address work for customer service. (My email to them bounced back undelivered.) 3. Hidden Fees. Just one example: they advertise a "complimentary" shuttle service but will charge you $40 for taking their shuttle to Easirent (called an "ACF -customer" fee). They will also charge $25/day for driving out-of-state which you are not easily informed of on Priceline.4. No refueling charge rate information posted, offered, explained, or documented anywhere but solely on their website, buried. Get this: you even have to bring in a receipt documenting that you filled up the tank with gas within 5 miles of their location, otherwise they will "refuel" and charge you.5. Agents at the rental place are largely ignorant of rental information and details. (Staff couldn't explain the difference between CDW coverage and "Super Peace of Mind" coverage. Staff couldn't explain what to do in case of car mechanical problems on the road, out of state.) 6. In fine print, the comprehensive, peace of mind CDW coverage does NOT cover everything (e.g., vandalism, window damage, damage to tires, etc). This contradicts what the agents at the counter tell you!!!! 7. Shuttle Driver took a smoke break after picking us up at the airport (******* sweets).8. You have to take TWO SHUTTLES from airport to Easirent. A detail not explained on Priceline.9. You will wait for 45 minute for the "free" shuttle bus from Easirent to the Car Rental shuttle (and from there, to the airport). I WILL NEVER RENT FROM EASIRENT ever again.

      Back in March 2024 I flew to ***** ** to attend my fathers military funeral. I rented a vehicle from Easirent through a travel agency. Lets just say I was glad the gas station was less than a block away because it was close to being on empty so I had to fill it up immediately! I drove less than 10 minutes from the rental office to my brothers house and parked the car. The very next am I attempted to start the car and it wouldnt crank up. Mind you I had to drive over an hour and half to the military site for the funeral! I attempted to contact them and nobody was answering the phone for hours! When I finally got thru i was asked if i had left the lights on, did I try to jump the car, etc? I was then told to contact/use my own AAA service instead of them sending someone out to replace the car, which they then threatened me that they would charge me extra to send someone out if it was my fault! I contacted my AAA and he came out and ran check and said it WASNT the battery, he even tried to jump it and it wouldnt work. Easirent rep then asked me I had might have put bad gas in car or if I hit something in the road! They finally sent someone @ 8pm to replace the car and that car arrived with half a tank of gas and I mentioned i needed to be reimbursed for full tank in other one! The new car arrived with bar worn tires and tire pressure light on in dash! I spoke with the site manager ********************* on the phone and in person the next day and she apologized and promised she would adjust my bill, gave me her business card, etc. Upon returning the car I accidentally left my brand new headphones in the backseat, within 30 mins of leaving i called bk & was told they didnt have a lost & found, used a 3rd party cleaning company to clean their cars. Its been months and I never heard from Easirent, the Site Manager or anyone. No bill adjustment was given, lost my $400 headphones, etc....The WORST rental care experience ever!! ZER0 stars, STAY AWAY from this place!
