If I could give zero stars I would. When I consulted with this company they made it seem like the process would be easy despite me telling them about my situation in detail. I specifically asked about what happens if I pay and we end up not filing and was told that only the cost of setting up the file and a nominal additional fee would be kept. (That was I lie and my fault for not reading the part of the contract that directly contradicted it)After signing and paying in full I was saddled with a huge laundry list of paperwork needed including a 60 page document that by their rules needed to be printed out filled out and returned. (Lets be honest this is for bankruptcy do all of their clients have the ability to print a 60 page document on top of everything else they need?)Since signing with them I have had multiple losses in my family, zero income to pay for some of the needed documents, severer depression (including events of self-harm), and the same pandemic everyone else is going through. The first time after my depression began to allow me to function again I found out the company closed my account and kept my *****. When I called to talk to them and mentioned the conversation about getting back the overage beyond the nominal fees I pretty much was strong armed to either be "Allowed" to continue my filing or give up the money. And in my state and that they are lawyers I let it go. Then come to find out that what we spoke about on that call became deadlines that i had to meet or lose money when thats not what we discussed. Assuming my money was gone I fell back into a depression. Since I continued to receive emails after those missed deadlines I reached out and was pretty much told I now have a week to do everything or they won't ever file for me and will keep *****.Buyers beware and look into other companies or at minimum ask for the full list of documents upfront.

**********, we are sorry that you feel so upset, but in all fairness our Firm did everything possible to help you. We feel very bad that you were suffering with severe depression, but you retained our office in August of 2021 and over the past year we have spent countless hours, sent dozens of e-mails and left you numerous voice messages to provide the documentation that you promised you would send us to file your bankruptcy. On February 21, 2022 we had a conference call with you and you apologized and reassured us that you would provide us all the documents we had been requesting from you, and that you told us you would forward us, over the past several months. We have detailed records of all the phone calls, e-mails, and discussions we have had with you over the past year requesting what we needed to file your case. After an entire year of doing everything possible to get your information that you promised us, we had no alternative but to close your file. The fact that your bankruptcy was not filed was no fault of ours. We are still available for you and willing to file your bankruptcy but you simply have refused to provide us the needed information. We hope everything works out for you and if you are ready to provide us with what we need to file your case feel free to reach out to our office.
