After completing High Ticket Empress I am extremely dissatisfied w/the lack of transparency and misrepresentation of their guarantee. After 3 months of being positive, coachable + working w/the coaches, I didn't increase my revenue + I asked for a refund (denied) for the following reasons:1. When their guarantee was disclosed, I asked for clarification b/c I had work conflicts + was told by the sales rep that I just had to show that I did the work, worked w/coaches + didn't make my investment back (approx. $12000) + I would be given a full refund. He went on to say that others had similar conflicts and recordings were available for that reason don't fall for this trick!!2. In 90 days I went through their process several times + am now back @ square one w/no increase in $$. So I reached out to ask for a refund + was put in contact with the owner (****). She told me that I no longer qualified for the guarantee b/c I didn't make all the live calls (no one can), which I stated in my sales call as a concern, + that I needed to be coached on all live calls. Being coached on all live calls wasn't in the contract or guarantee. Buyer beware!!! 3. Using a personal struggle story wasn't disclosed in the sales call, + I don't have a personal struggle story. Initially, I found a way to connect my story to my niche, but that no longer fit after the many changes I was coached to make. She went on to say that a personal struggle story isn't a requirement, but that it's hard to learn copywriting w/o the pain of a personal struggle. I was then coached to "dig" for my story + told I had a mindset issue. After asking for clarification re: mindset as I wanted to be in integrity w/my offer + in "digging" for my story it kept feeling disingenuous, she ceased communication. I reached out again to say I'd be going to BBB + writing a review. I was encouraged to email her team regarding my dissatisfaction, but there would be no refunds. No response. This is fraud!!!
