I called many times since I bought my 2023 C300 to ask how much would i get back for the warranty we added when I was at the finance office when I bought the car in cash.I've never been able to get a straight answer but we will call you back or we will need to know who your finance mgr.I sold the car yesterday thinking I will get money back since I no longer own the car and that's what other dealerships said also.spoke with the man who sold me the car ( ***** ) and told him that I spoke with him in the past he denied it claiming that based on the system it is the first time I call and the first time I speak to him.***** stated that I wouldn't get any money back because it was not an extended warranty which i was told it was, also said the finance mgr who closed my deal is no longer working for them.when I asked for a mgr he said no one could help now and took my number down stating they would tell me the same thing he told me.......Review from Cosme T

Unacceptable technical service!After a car service today Jan 17, **** after receive my C300 Class 2022, my family got the car from hands of ***************** Mr. ******* assured us he personally tested it before delivery two times, we took the car after serviced, and we saw during return home trip that gas level was too low, she we got a gas station and detected that a gasoline big leak was happening!Mercedes-Benz Service was unscrupulousness, unresponsive, put my family and car at very risk.We call MB, they send us a truck, when truck driver noticed the gas leak he regrets to accept traslade car to the shop because high fire-explosion risk, my boy took the risk conducting the car over the truck crane, driver was angree but finally got the risk of transport the car back to the Dealer.I am strongly disappointment with MB Service Fort Lauderdale and I do not recommend that Dealer to anybody!
