My name is ********************* and I attended the joint sportfishing excursion on February 6th (last week) with Captain ***** and ****.During the trip, we were lucky enough to catch a Tiger Shark. Due to ****** pre-trip meeting with me, he knew that I am an avid hunter and own taxidermy.Due to this, he made sure that I was the one who reeled in the shark. In the heat of the moment, he yelled down from the top deck if Id be interested in getting it taxidermied. I told him during the pre-trip meeting that I was, but I live in ****** so it wasnt going to work logistically and I reiterated that while reeling in the shark.**** next asked if I wanted it tagged to track the sharks migration pattern, I again told him that I was interested, and asked the cost of that service, which he would not tell me.Once the shark was near the boat, **** tagged and measured the shark and then cut it loose and we headed back to shore.On the way back, **** called me inside to sign some paperwork. I realized that it was a bill for approximately $1940USD to get the shark taxidermy done.I told **** for the third time, that this wouldnt work for me logistically and the price was much too steep for me (as pricing was never discussed before), so if possible, I would still like to have the shark tracked, but I could not agree to the taxidermy. **** then called ***** down.I told ***** that I had never agreed to this service, and I would gladly speak to your office and the taxidermy company to explain the issue, but I would not sign any documentation.This is when ***** became more assertive that I had agreed and must sign the taxidermy documents. I refused to, and he continued to harass me and attempt to make me feel bad about the situation. He was quite verbally aggressive during this encounter, and it continued for about ten minutes.The other patrons on the trip were all witnesses of their entire situation, they were also shocked with ****** behaviour and gave me their contact info
