1 starI wish there were a 0 to give!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I've been trying to get my title for months. They lie, and they are very unprofessional and may even be a fraud because I paid my car off! Where is my title? They say they sent it and it never came. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1 starAbsolutely hate this company!! If I wouldve known what I know now about this company Id rather walk. My car note paid on time every month for the 2 years Ive had the vehicle I called to change my payment date and was told Id have to pay in order to change my payment date. That was the first red flag. I ignored it and kept the original payment date, I switched insurance companys and didnt add full coverage right away this company took it upon themselves to add a policy which was almost 2 thousand dollars. I paid my car note on its regular due date next thing I know Im getting phone calls and e-mails about a payment so i called and said Ive made the payment what are you guys talking about I was a little confused this company decided to take it upon themselves to put the money towards the insurance they wanted me to have without talking to me first so now theyve been calling emailing sending letters as if my account is in default when Ive never missed a payment. November came and I didnt make my payment due to me trying to refinance with another company these people harassed/harassing me I spoke with someone today and said Ill pay the middle of the month the man told me your account is way past due (which is a lie) and further actions such as turning the car off. Worst company ever I wouldnt recommend it to anyone worst deal Ive ever gotten myself into. They are rude and full of BS and will get over on you if youre not aware! This company give me scamming vibes. Ive been checking my pay off amount and it doesnt seem to be changing at all after almost 2 years its no way this is legal and I let them know Im going to get an attorney and have it investigated. PS only got a star because thats the only way Im able to leave my review. If offered to finance through this company Id suggest you run like h*** and dont look back. 1 starIf I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been constantly harassed when I was on time and make payment arrangements, normally you need to be 3 months behind before you get calls from your creditors. Finbe does not do that. They constantly call me daily at home and at my job. They disclosed private information with my employers about my loan, which is not legal to do so. And willing gave out information about my loan situation to my employers. They are very rude and unprofessional and I was told more than once "if I could not afford my car, I shouldn't of gotten it. I should get what I can afford". Their false narrative of being a bank that helps people build their credit is obviously and very apparently untrue through constant harassment, un-professionalism, and belligerent treatment.I am at my wits end dealing with this company. I can provide any information needed to back up my claim as far as paying my half as I am on this loan with my sister. I have paid my half. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated and how to remove this bank from my life.Review fromKurayakin S

1 starI've been in **************** for over 35 years and NEVER have I encountered such unprofessional liars. I logged into the portal to make a payment, I knew what my balance was. I made my payment but my balance never changed, I waited a few days and I called them only to be told that the payments are broken up, that's why there was no change in my balance. I requested my payment history, I was told it would take up to 10 to email me this information, ironically within the next hour or so I had the print out. After reviewing the payment history I called back. Oh, and not only did my balance not change, but was $10 more. I called to speak to someone about this, and he SWEARS that that balance amount is correct. He then followed that with do you have proof that it was the amount your stating, I told him yes I did because I screen shot it. It got very quite on the phone. After the dead silence, I kindly said, Thank you so much for your help and assistance, you have a great day, and disconnected from the call. I will be screening before, during and after payment screen shots. It's amazing that now that I'm extremely close to paying this car off that my payments are being calculated but increasing. I don't' know who owes this company, but they are the worst company I've ever dealt with it and NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! I hope and pray that people read them reviews BEFORE dealing with this company, and if they have an alternative, please go a different route. Because this company is DEATH VALLEY. I'm appreciative that the financed me to get a car but that's as far as it goes. Lastly, I had a car accident, I reached out to them about this accident, and all the guy cared about was me making a payment, and this is even after sending accident reports. It was so bad that the owner I believe of the company called me and gave me her number if I ever had any more problems, I wish I sill had her number to call her about this situation. 1 star***** the supervisor is very rude at the *************** location , I called to resolve and issue with my vehicle and ***** was very rude to me. He degraded my situation he was yelling because I asked him to not give me a lecture on my choices with my vehicle. Even after that he proceeded to hang up in my face on which he claimed to be a recorded line ? This is suppose to be CUSTOMER SERVICE , the guest needs should be handled in a respectful manner. It seems to me like ****** position has gotten way over his head. I wouldnt ever deal with this company again and wouldnt recommend using you all. One bad apple can spoil things for the whole business ! And to look at other reviews they are all 1 star ! Yal need to step up your game because reviews dont lie and its impossible this many people have the same concerns about this place. ******** the call agent that picked up the first time was amazing very helpful and very understanding of my situation not judging me at all. 1 starThese People NEVER get Information CORRECT, And their Attitudes of Business is very poor *** Professional at ALL , You send them information they swear they do not get it , They HARASSING My family about a ***, That has been totally totaled , and has information from ********************** But they calling my SON , that We owe , ****** about no insurance,, If we didnt have insurance, we would not have License, AGAIN THEY NEEDS TO STOP THE HARASSMENT, and also WE DO NOT OWE THEM , NOTHING WE are filing this Complaint to BBB, If they Keep it UP it will go further to THE NEWS, and THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, INSPECTOR GENERAL AND TO A LAWYER, People are TIRED of Them and they have TERRIBLE REVIEWS. 1 starI purchased my vehicle in October 22. I have never been 30 days late on a payment. This company starts calling and texting you the day of. Calling your cell phone and work phone. So when I schedule payments ahead of time because I know it will be past the due date, they do not seem to see it on the customer portal. I recently have had to make my payments later but still not 30 days past due. No one called me so I figured they saw the payment from the portal this time. Until I get a text today saying its critical that I call. I called and spoke to a representative on a recorded line and she says okay I see the payment and I notated your account so you are all set your vehicle is fine and no beeping, I said well I received an email today about beeping, she said let me check. No your vehicle is fine. To get a text saying that they cannot honor my arrangement. How unprofessional that I was told one thing on a recorded line and then for someone to try to change the story later. She also informed me about not having insurance . I always have insurance on my vehicle and as a matter of fact I told ******* my insurance agent emailed the information a few weeks ago. Apparently they didnt get it. I personally emailed the declaration page today, and no one has said anything about receiving it. They are charging me additional money for them claiming that I do not have insurance!!! Dissatisfied to say the least!!! I will be filing another complaint as well. Very dissatisfied at this point and time! No one ever is on the same page. 1 starYou all are an bunch of thieves it was close to me finishing paying my car off then either someone that works there stole or misplaced the money for my car note you all are an bunch of liars and I so glad you all repo my daughter car now Im about to *** this company of thieves I may not get an dime but no one will do business with you all
