My husband and I have an agreement with them, and I need to complete a mandatory Title Modification due to my husbands passing. The agreement states:"If the information is incorrect (i.e., name change) or you are unable to provide a signature for one of the members (i.e., Member is deceased), please contact us immediately at ***************************************** to request and complete the mandatory Title Modification before completing the instructions form."I have made numerous attempts to contact Interval Servicing via email and phone without success:-Emails: Sent over 10 emails to *************************************************************************** with no response.-Phone Calls: Waited on hold for 6 hours once, only to be disconnected when I was second in line. I am currently on hold for over 3 hours.I am concerned that Interval Servicing may be out of business, as there has been no response to my attempts to contact them. This lack of communication is preventing me from completing the necessary Title Modification and receiving the residual rights payment of $5,059 USD owed to us.Desired Resolution:-Immediate assistance in completing the Title Modification for my deceased husband.Confirmation that Interval Servicing is still operational and will fulfill their obligations.-Prompt processing and payment of the residual rights amount as specified in the membership agreement.-I am seeking urgent help to resolve this matter as it has caused significant stress and inconvenience.
