Overall positive experience. I was about to go bankrupt and they freed up some cashflow so I could operate again. Their attorney stopped one lender from ******* my biggest client. My paralegal was a champ. Definitely recommend to any business considering bankruptcy.Review from Rapheal S

Hey my name is Rapheal I’m so happy that I finished the program and the psychology of being debt-free is great I’m sleeping better and not stressed no more over making them big daily payments that had me working even hard to pay it back and then I came across MCA RESOLVE and Shyla, Jadine and Ben been so helpful going through the process answering my calls, text or emails I was able to settle my debt with the creditors for 25% of the 40,000 I owed them My business is doing much better since I was able to make smaller payments to my debt and still be able to operate my business comfortablyReview from Mehmet M

They are total fraud! Took my $84k and telling me the amount that was on our agreement was the "estimated amount" which can double or triple who knows! It's all open ended but they are "working really hard" to get me the "best deal". What a joke! They charge you every week to get their fees paid first and you left alone with the worst possible settlement deals with your creditors. You are better off settling with your debt and not waste money with this fraud company. They settled with one account I'm still short of $7k on my second settlement. Because that's the deal they agreed! I still have 2 more accounts to settle after that. Stay away from them!Review from Moby H

I beg you guys I worked with them don't go with them they collect fees wait till you get sued and don't even return your calls when the client is stuck in legal issues. They take your fees and don't return your calls.
