On April 2 2024, I hired Master Sliding Door Repair to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door. The total cost of the service was $250, which was paid in cash upon completion of the job.The technician dispatched by Master Sliding Door Repair successfully replaced the rollers as agreed upon. However, during the course of the replacement, a crucial s**** that holds the frame of the sliding glass door together was removed but not properly replaced. This oversight has compromised the safety and stability of the door.Upon realizing this issue, I promptly contacted Master Sliding Door Repair to request that the technician return to rectify the situation by reinstalling the s**** The technician assured me that they would return to address the issue, but despite repeated attempts to follow up and schedule a revisit, the technician has failed to honor their commitment.I have made three separate calls to Master Sliding Door Repair on April 11,15 and 16 2024, each time speaking with their representative who promised that management would contact me to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication or follow-up from the management team as promised.This lack of accountability and failure to provide adequate customer service is unacceptable.
