While they fixed the drone physical parts charging me $440 and they did not address the sensor issues I was having. I spoke to them about the sensors both prior and during the repair. They promised to test fly the drone prior to sending it then did not do it. It now does not fly correctly so I need to send it somewhere else to be repaired right. Also, dirt was still stuffed around the camera and sensors. They didn't even clean it.Review from Arlee S

Ordered a DJI mini 2 fly more combo from drone nerds and I never received my order. Said it was delivered to me and signed for by j Jones, no J Jones lives at my address. Never received my order or got a refund from them. Very poor customer serviceReview from Wai S

I ordered Mavic 3 with a promo code. Drone Nerds put my order on hold and requested for more information, saying my order would be cancelled if I don't reply within 24 hours. I replied the email within an hour on Saturday night. I heard nothing from them until Monday morning, after I contacted Drone Nerds repeatedly to check the order status. Then they told me to contact with bolt directly, which then cancelled my order and asked me to reorder. The promo code has expired and I cannot reorder at the same price. The customer representative said they can give me discount, but it won't apply to Mavic 3. Definitely won't recommend Drone Nerds when buying something you have anticipated. And yes, you can't post any reviews less than 5 stars on their website.
