  my GC hired this company last year to do the floors. they assured me that they can handle high traffic and they are putting on the best top coat etc because i did not want wear in the floors like a "path". ( see original contract). in december- not being in there more than 6 momths there was extreme wear where chairs were and they never made it flush with wall. i went back and forth with my GC and them and the final resolution was ( comtract 2). to grind off the top coat and put a more sturdy one on. i agreed to pay half of the materials. i have a **** sq foot office and they were there less than 2 hours. there was missing spots, on my cameras there was no grinding or cleaning with acetone of the floor. we sent several photos after round 2 of the missing spots there was abot 30 of them. they agreed to come back and fix it. they did- and they also went over other areas of the floor and there are numerous bubbles, lots of hair, and roller marks visable all over the floor. this is absolutely poor work and there is no fixing this. I will have to hire another company and to do this right they will have to grind off the epozy and redo this start to finish. imagine going to your vet office and seeing dog hairs epoxyed into the floor!!! disgusting!!! i have tried numerous times to reach resolution with him and get this fixed... it just gets worse and worse. I would like my money refunded as i will have to close my hospital at some point for 4 days to get these floors, redone, AGAIN. Dr ****** ******* ************

  I have been doing floors for over ************************************************* the owner of this establishment, I dealt directly with the ** that hired us and provided a clear coat with Pollyspartic which has no color and is transparent as you will see the original Concrete along with imperfections. Via our contract 10% or less of all epoxy floors can have a imperfection such as a eyebrow hair or gassing as we are mixing chemicals. I am sorry they are unhappy with the floor and if you would allow us to sand and recoat for an additional time at no charge I would be willing .to as we would like you to be happy.
