This company text solicited my personal cell phone numerous times after being told not to. I screenshot all the messages to keep as evidence. My personal cell phone has been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2006, which is a TCPA Violation. I'd like a response from the company explaining why they continued to text me after being told not to. We're talking about 18 text messages so far.I attached one of the solicitations. They also clearly hid their company name in the messages which is a violation of the Kansas Protection Act and punishable by fines up to $10,000 per occurrence.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: As you can see in the attached images the text message 5/08/2024 from FundMate asked for my email address. After sending my email address in an attempt to identify the company I received an email on 5/10/2024, also attached, with FundMate LLC's phone number and company information in the signature line. If I can't get a proper resolution I'll take my issue to a legal forum.

I am rejecting this response because: The email screenshot I provided clearly shows that FundMate LLC and FundMate Capital are the same company. Your office has signed for my Certified Summons from ****** Small Claims Court. I'll proceed with action there.

I am rejecting this response because: The email I received is from ******************************** and in the opening line ***** states "Hi, I'm ***** from FundMate Capital". The signature line at the bottom of the email also states FundMate LLC. Both companies are listed clearly. I attached the image of the email screenshot again, take a look.
