Performance Golf is an upsell scam. I ordered on online class and a PDF cheat sheet on how to fix my slice. Once my payment cleared I immediately cancelled my membership to scratch club. However since doing so, I have been bombarded with numerous phone calls trying to upsell me membership to scratch club. Today I have had 4 phone calls trying to sell me online coaching with a PGA pro. While I was interested in the course I purchased, I was not interested in daily phone calls upselling me on other products. I regret getting involved with this company. While I understand that after doing business with a company they can ignore the Do Not Call Registry, calling a customer every day after a purchase is excessive and calling them multiple times a day is not only a poor business practice, it down right stalkerish.

I was looking forward to using the SF1 driver. Had trouble getting to the free video and customer support was awesome to get me access. However, I was not happy I had to sign up for the $299.00 PG video package with a 7 day free trial. I just wanted the club and corresponding video. Not happy there. I watched the videos on how to use the club and went to the range and worked on the sequence of drills to correct my swing. When I went to use the SF1 driver on the course, the ball flight was ridiculously high and shorter than what I hit with my 3 wood. I used the driver on a course I typically play at and ended up keeping it in my bag because it just didnt do what it advertised doing. Now I am getting constant emails to sign up for an exclusive 2 day coaching session. No thank you! I would rather do that on my own!

SCAM, they sign you up automatically for free video lessons, that I didn't ask for, and charge monthly credit card fees if not canceled.

Signed up with Performance Golf [PG] for 2-day golf school on March 15, 2024,and was told I could cancel going to the school if I did so 30 days before the school started. Told the price of the school was $5,500.00. When I received confirmation of signing up for the school, was told I had also purchased (1) 12 months of VIP Coaching; (2) Full Performance Golf Access to All Current Courses Under My Trainings, and Lifetime Access to ************* and (3) Access to Performance Golf's Revolutionary AI App. I did not agree to those purchases. On April 8, 2024, called the telephone number the Sales Rep I talked to on March 15 to cancel going to the golf school. No one answered the telephone. Sent a text to the Sales Rep on that day cancelling my going to the ************* No reply to my text, and send a second text on April 16. Again, no response. Received an email on April 18 from a Virtual Caddie with PG, who wrote, Unfortunately, as per our policy and the arrangements we have in place with our instructors, including *********************/*************************** School, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds this close to the date of your scheduled experience. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we immediately compensate our instructors to ensure their time is reserved exclusively for providing you with a top-notch experience. Per his website [mattwaltergolf.com], the instructor at the golf school charges $1,000 for 8 hours of private lessons. Obviously a lesser amount would be charged for lessons to a small group of older golfers. Review of the 512 complaints filed against Performance Golf in the past three years reveals many former PG customers have complained they have been charged for products they did not purchase, overcharged for products they purchased, not refunded money owed to customers. I join in with those disgruntled former PG customers.

Customer Support is very prompt and responsive. I missed a couple of their calls, but they persistent until we finally connected. My problem was resolved quickly and I was able to log in and watch ******************* videos without any further issues.

Performance golf sells golf clubs , it is unscrupulous that when you purchase a golf club Performance Golf automatically signs you up for a membership for $29.00 a month. You have to cancel the membership within 14 days or the monthly membership continues. Buyer Beware --my golf club was not bargin !

I have tried your driver for two weeks now and so far I am pleased with the performance. I do not slice nearly as much as before. Those times I do slice I believe it is because I am swinging to hard. Totally satisfied.

Had to return 2 items. Issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Pleasant surprise.
