Hello, I recently visited your establishment located in Fort Lauderdale, **. The reservation was made under the name ***************************** and Ecenia *****. Upon entering the room, the room was not clean. There were dust mites, food particles and roaches. When I turned off the light, roaches were crawling by the bed stand. It was very unpleasant, especially the fact that the front desk only offered 10% discount for the next stay. I am hoping that you are willing to extend a resolution for this unpleasant experience.Initial Complaint

Good afternoon, we went to Rodeway Inn & Suites ft. Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port on 5/15/2023. We separated the hotel by Priceline where we see that on no where said that we have to pay for hotel parking and when we arrived the person from front desk tell us that we have to contact ***** the general manager from the hotel because we have to pay for the parking and the deposit of $100 for any damages and we told him that we look on there page and say Free Parking We talk to ***** at ************ and she give us different prices to park on there ****** lot, she start by $35 per day for each vehicle since was three vehicle and we i start telling her that we look on there page and Priceline page and everywhere say FREE PARKING she told us the best i can do is $15 per day for each vehicle. This people want to over charge people that stay at there hotel when they only want to sleep and go to work since we are not from Fort Lauderdale.Initial Complaint

I was on vacation september 2nd-7th. I had made an online reservation to check into this hotel. On the 2nd when we got to the hotel, we got our room keys after checking in. When we got into our room i had wanted to take a nap from traveling and i was 6 months pregnant at the time and needed to rest. i was only able to nap for maybe an hour before i start itching like crazy.. i got out of bed and i had rashes and bite marks going up my legs. i immedately packed our stuff whent to the front desk and demanded that i get my refund and i will no longer be staying with them due to it being an obvious bed bug issue. The man at the front desk assured me that since i check out within an hour that i would get my refund back with priceline who i booked it with because it was only put as a hold on my card. I immediatly called priceline and they had told me the same thing. fast foward to 2 months later and i still never got my refund and when i kept calling priceline they kept telling me they et in touch with the hotel. When i last spoke to priceline they had told me that the hotel refuses to give me a refund ...on a hotel i NEVER even stayed at. I want my refund of $600. I tried to dispute it with my bank but the hotel is refusing it even after documentation of me staying at another hotel.
