I deposited funds 8 days ago. $3,000 through ***** . After winning roughly $7600 I have been trying to collect over the last four days. This company has lied and made things absolutely impossible They have asked me for every bank account statement, and I produced all of them. Every day they would tell me my ID verification didn't work and resend. Their app would even tell me it's verified and working. Send the next day I told them I needed my withdrawal that I have been asking for for four days and I kept getting the runaround finally one lady on the live chat said to go ahead and request a ***** withdrawal so I asked why they needed all of my banking information. She couldn't give me an answer but said just go process of ***** withdrawal and will send you the money. So I did that and five hours later they told me it got rejected. I asked why and they didn't know so I processed another one and Then I got an email and email said ***** rejected the transfer. They told me to contact *****. ***** said they're basically lying and nothing is wrong with your account so that's not true. I went back to hard rock and they gave me more of the runaround. Gotten nothing accomplished they took $3000 out of my ********** account refused to send me $7600 that I won. Given them every piece of information they asked for even though I feel like they're just stealing my identity and banking information I've never been more upset and they have basically used up 10 hours a day of my vacation sit here and go back-and-forth repeating myself How are they in business???
