      BEWARE! COMPANY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE FOR YOUR MONEY!!1ST OF I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD COME WAY BEFORE 6PM BECAUSE THATS WHERE THE 2ND DESTINATION WAS AT THE STORAGE UNIT WHEN THEY CLOSE SO I CAN MOVE OUT AND SIGN DOCUMENTS. THEY CAME AFTER 6PM AND I WAS CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA DAY. THEN WHEN THE ***S CAME OUT OF THE ****** THEY WERE JUST STAND THERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE *** BEFORE HAND.THEY WERE SLOW & SLACKERS. I HIRED A 3 MAN **** THEY WERE MOVING MY THINGS AND PACKAGED SEVERAL THINGS IN GARBAGE BAGS THAT ARE NOW DISTOYRED. THERE WAS ONE GOOD WORKER WHILE THE OTHERS WERE SITTING AROUND DOING NOTHING. THEN WHEN DONE WE WENT TO 2ND DESTINATION WHICH THEY KNEW THE DRIVERS DROVE TO THE FINAL DESTINATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR THEN ONE OF THE **** MEMBERS KEPT CALLING ASKING WHERE THEY WERE THE THEY ASK IF HE CAN PUT IT IN HIS ***** WHEN HE COULDNT AND THEY ALREADY SAID THEY WERE ON THE WAY. I TOLD THE *** THAT THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE ME FOR TIME AND I ASKED THEM HOW MUCH LONGER DO WE HAVE? THE *** SAID WHEN DID YOU SIGN IN? I SAID THAT I ***** SIGN ANYTHING AND THE *** WAS SAYING THATS THE 1ST THING THERE SUPPOSED TO DO.WHILE WAITING MY REALTOR WAS AT THE FINAL DESTINATION AND WAS ASKING WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND SHE COULDNT WAIT ANY LONGER BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING DARK SO SHE DROVE TO THE 2ND DESTINATION AND EVEN SHOWED UP BEFORE THE ***S IN THE ***** DID WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE WHEN THEY WERE THERE AT SAME TIME. THEN THE ONE *** WHO WAS WITH ME LOADED EVERYTHING AND WE WERE JUST WAITING THERE FOR THE DRIVER TO SHOW UP. FINALLY, THEY SHOWED AND THEY PUT THE STUFF IN THE *****. IT WAS ABOUT 8 PM AND ON OUR WAY TO THE FINAL DESTINATION WHEN IT WAS DARK OUT. I TOLD THE ***S THAT I HAD MADE THEM A LAY OUT OF WHERE EVERYTHING SHOULD GO.THEY DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW IT AND PUT THINGS MESSED UP AND EVERYWHERE. EVEN DRAGGING MY NEW FURNITURE THAT HAD DAMAGE TO IT. I COULDNT EVEN GET TO MY CLOTHES OR MEDICATION. THEN LATER I SEE ONE *** JUST LEFT AND I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN HE WAS IN THE *****. ALSO FROM THE 1ST MOVE THEY TOOK MY DRESSER SHELVES OUT AND NEVER GAVE THEM BACK THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND NEVER DID.       I moved from Hollywood to Daytona and this was the worse moving experience possible. Now, let me preface this by saying in the last 5 years I have moved 3 times due to my job and this was nothing short of a nightmare. I started out by checking out Groupon and came across this company. When I called them they convinced me to purchase straight from them instead of through Groupon and they would honor the Groupon price. We discussed prices over the phone and we discussed extensively the hourly rate vs a flat rate and what my final cost would be if I chose either one. I went with the hourly rate, we estimated 8 hours and the gentleman I was speaking to gave me what would be my final cost for 8 hours (this includes travel, packing, and unloading). He also explained how any extra time was calculated. The movers came and I stared my stop watch to ensure I knew what my cost would be. When the movers arrived and started unloading I saw a mark o

The client was offered additional insurance prior to the move. The additional insurance was declined. The client was paid out according to Florida state law. No further payment will be paid. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is an absolute and outright lie. They never sent me an email with the estimate as they said they did in their response. If they did I would love to see them prove it by providing a copy of it. They never discussed an additional fuel charge either. Everything in their response is a lie. AND, I was paid NOTHING. I would have taken the extra insurance if it as offered or even discussed with me. LIARS. Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2021/12/16) */ The fuel fee was discussed with you prior to the move and you were paid out on the TV in line with the state of Floridas law. We will not be issuing a refund for any of those to reasons.
