5 starsI took the phone call from Universal Solutions. I read all the reviews from BBB and online, I followed up with all the questions that I had, they were answered honestly and truthfully. I received the product. Gave them my input and followed all their directions as stated in the email that was received. Daniella was a great customer service rep and made the return process super easy. No headaches at all. Its funny to see all the people bad mouth this company, honestly I was nervous about following through with this. I called to cancel and Sasha in shipping assured me that it's not a hoax. All you have to do is read the e-mail that was sent and follow directions. I hope I find a need for this product because the personnel is awesome, Chrissy in the marketing, to shipping department Sasha to the customer service rep Daniella was smooth and painless!! Don't be scared and don't leave a bad review if YOU don't read the directions. It's not their fault you slacked off. Its a marketing game, ones leaving bad reviews are the ones that didn't do as stated. Shame on you!!! Thank you Chem USA-Universal SolutionsReview fromGabe S

1 starI had this company call me today. It all sounds fine in the beginning. I even asked if there were any costs to this and was told no. As she went on with her giggling and obvious scripting it was obvious that it was a scam. The funny part is she already had my name, address and company name attached to my phone number. I have never had a call from them before. That has scammer written all over it. Suddenly the sample was coming with a cost after a trial period. A sample is just that, a "SAMPLE". They are there to allow you to try a product at no charge as a show of a company's integrity and trust. Any time a company charges for a sample, I would not trust them. And as I found out, if you cannot return their phone call with the number on your caller ID because it goes to a busy signal after about 4 rings then that is also a red flag that the business is not legit.Review fromDave W

5 starsI accepted to trial out some products from sales rep (very nice young lady) I received a email after I placed the order and my quote was in that. I called customer service after getting my products and had some question, they took a message and called me back within the hour Danny was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Chem USA, LLC is also Universal Solutions of South Florida. This "business" practices a scam where they offer you samples, send you the samples, and then pester you to pay an invoice for the samples despite no confirmation that you even wanted these samples sent to you. They will collect your information from various places on the internet to get the product to you and then claim you agreed to pay and owe them money and threaten to send it to your invoice to collections. Your best bet is to immediately stop contact when you see this review. Destroy their product they sent and ignore them. Regardless if their product is real or not, their focus is trying to collect small invoices from small business by threatening legal actions or sending invoices to collections. They spend their time and effort on this, not on trying to actually get customers to buy a useful product. The business responses here on BBB should tell you everything you need to know about these ********. Honestly sad to see this kind of shady predatory behavior working against individuals who might actually be trying to run a legitimate business. To whoever is running this scam: Why don't you put your efforts into something more productive instead of bottom-feeding and scraping the floor for scraps from others? Instead of writing some long-winded response to this review, rethink your business and focus your effort on something more positive.

1 starThis company performs very shady business practices. They reached out to me to offer a free sample of their products. They advised me that if I was not pleased with the product in any way, there was no obligation to purchase. I advised them once we received the product, that we had absolutely no use for it and that I wanted to send it back and I was instead billed for it and not able to return it. The product was never opened or used, and I even offered to pay to have it shipped back. The company still did not offer to accept the return. I am a very very busy person and was taken advantage of by this company. **BEWARE** Do not do business with this company as they have very shady practices and have horrible customer service.Review fromTony A

5 starsI am leaving this review because of the other reviews, mostly from people who havent actually done any business with this company. Firstly, they do have a good sales crew, seem to be nice college students and maybe scripted, but they were very pleasant when I spoke with them and after several calls, they caught me at a good time and in a good mood. I decided to trial their product, understanding that I would pay for their products if I liked them and if I didnt, I wouldnt, kinda like the old commercials on tv..try it and pay if you like it. I went with just one product, the degreaser and it was fairly good. Because we pay less than what they charge for our other degreasers, I called the company when I got the invoice and ******* happily discounted the product for me after I told her that we pay less with other companies. All in all, I had a decent experience. I received a nice Yeti mug, not a catalog, but I did see heir catalog online when I asked. Also, I did have price mentioned to me, again, if I was happy, I knew I would be paying if I liked what I got. I also saw the pricing in an email which I looked at before responding. Like I said, I dealt with ******* in their customer service department she was happy to work with me and if they honor the discounted pricing in the future like they said they would, I would probably work with them again. I think if you havent done business with them, you shouldnt leave a review. Some of these reviews are just people who were contacted by them. I would never take the time to review a company that I didnt actually do business with. All in all, I gave them a higher rating just because they are honest and stuck by what they said.Review fromMichael M

1 starChem USA, LLC is the owner of Universal Solutions of South Florida who is the company that calls you and wants to sell you cleaning solutions. I think they employ young, college age people to make these scripted cold calls and send you a promotional BBQ set. I explained that without an account I could not pay for anything they sent me. Unfortunately while I was on vacation, my company received 2 cases of cleaners. 12 gallon jugs in total. I did not realize we had opened and used these items until sometime later. *** 20 all purpose cleaner is $144 per gallon. So those 6 gallons were $864. Must have unicorn tears in it! *** 25 HD Degreaser is also $144 a gallon. Also made with rainbow squeezings! Funny that they never disclosed the cost per chemical when they were running through the scripted call. Why wouldn't I want to pay 5 times the price for a gallon of simple green cleaner? Total scam operation! Do not let these people send you anything! I got stuck with this and will eventually have to pay my bill so they will quit harassing my accounting people! Same as other people, calling to get info about business. No website and no company info. They offered "Free" samples and a "Gift". I would not give them any info. Plus they call monthly even though I tell them not to call me again... I would give them 0 stars if I could.Chem USA LLC
