              Placed order #US033580378 on 11/22/2023. Standard shipping is 3-6 working days. Expected delivery on or around 12/5/2023. Requested update via email on 12/6/2023 and received an automated response with no details. Requested again on 12/7/23 and received the same automated response. Called customer service line on 12/9/2023 and was told that the corresponding department was contacted for an update and I would receive an update within 24 hours. I did not receive an update. I called again on 12/13/23 and was told the same thing, still with no update. Sent another email on 12/15/23 with no response. Called on 12/21/23 and was told that due to a "glitch" in their system my order was not processed. Completely unacceptable. Ordered from them a month ago for Christmas and they have done absolutely nothing to fulfill my order in a timely manner.

              I can’t get in contact with anyone, on the phone it says press 3 to get in contact with an agent I press 3 and every time it just repeats the message. I tried the website and talked to a bot that after giving it my order number it gave me a tracking number that doesn’t work and when I press to message an agent it tells me none are available right now. I made my order 3 days ago and pay extra for next day shipping I can’t talk to anyone I haven’t gotten an email about my order. Awful service.
