I went to the store toast on July 11. I purchased a bag that was originally 290 something dollars. Ive got it on sale for 149. I was able to get the bag my friend in the purchasing me a bag the same exact one and instead of returning hers, I wanted to return mine. I went into the store today, July 18. I reviewed the receipt that was provided to me that does not indicate anything being a final sale nor does it indicate that Im not allowed to return an item it actually indicates that the item must be returned to the original store within ************************************************************* a refund this information Was confirmed through customer service today however, the store in ******* did not allow me to receive the refund that I was due for this and now I havent had a issue with trying to get reimbursed for the item that is in perfect condition never been used never been even taken out of the bag until the date to show them that it was in perfect condition to contact it and now I need to file a formal complaint to have them review their policy and have that information indicate either on their website or on their receipts or indicate somewhere post displayed in the store. We dont have any of that information and the customer service department that I called in the corporate office indicated the same information. Placed order #US033580378 on 11/22/2023. Standard shipping is 3-6 working days. Expected delivery on or around 12/5/2023. Requested update via email on 12/6/2023 and received an automated response with no details. Requested again on 12/7/23 and received the same automated response. Called customer service line on 12/9/2023 and was told that the corresponding department was contacted for an update and I would receive an update within 24 hours. I did not receive an update. I called again on 12/13/23 and was told the same thing, still with no update. Sent another email on 12/15/23 with no response. Called on 12/21/23 and was told that due to a "glitch" in their system my order was not processed. Completely unacceptable. Ordered from them a month ago for Christmas and they have done absolutely nothing to fulfill my order in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

Last week my husband bought. a bag for me because of my birthday.I received with the bag the gift ticket.last Saturday I went to the store to change it, because the quality was horrible, and they refuse to change the bag for any other product in the store. They asked me for the ticket and in front of me they put a stamp in the ticket saying FINAL SALE.is not legal to do that after they gave my husband the ticket to change the product if we wanted.This is a shame.After asking them many times to accept me to change the bag, I could changed the color ,but this is not what I wanted. is still the same worst quality than the previous one.Initial Complaint

My husband bought a. present for me last week in TOUS store in *************.The bag was a horrible quality , so I went to the store this morning. to make a change.When I showed the employee the gift ticket she put in my face a stamp in the ticket saying "FINAL SALE"and refuse to make any change, not even for something cheaper.BecauseI felt so angry and disappointed she made me the favor to change for another identical horrible bag in other color.The price was high, but looks like the cheapest bag I ever had.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 6/5/22 and to this date I have not received an email with estimated delivery date or a status of my order. I sent 2 emails and no one has replied. I have called several times to "their customer service number" that has no agents to speak too. I have sent messages through ******* and Instagram and learn that a lot of people are going through the same scam experience. I would like to report this business to avoid people fall for this scam and I would also like to cancel my order and get my money back
