I can’t get in contact with anyone, on the phone it says press 3 to get in contact with an agent I press 3 and every time it just repeats the message. I tried the website and talked to a bot that after giving it my order number it gave me a tracking number that doesn’t work and when I press to message an agent it tells me none are available right now. I made my order 3 days ago and pay extra for next day shipping I can’t talk to anyone I haven’t gotten an email about my order. Awful service.

I had decided to come back for a visit and make a purchase, seeing that the owner had responded to my Google review with regret, and thus, I had thought of giving the store another chance. While I was helped by "***," I have to remark that the manager, *********, had snubbed me and avoided eye contact (even when I bade her farewell after I made my purchase) — and I assume, that is because of the constructive but critical review I had written about her, here on Google. While *** exemplified the epitome of professionalism, ********* clearly held a grudge for the review I had left for the store about her. The lack of professionalism and general customer service, especially for a manager, and for a store wherein I had spent a considerably large amount of money of the last decade, leaves such a bad impression in my mind, it's a shame that instead of her appreciating my business, thanking me for coming back to give them a second chance, and valuing the fact that I took the time to give constructive feedback in hopes of giving them the opportunity to improve, she resorts to childish tendencies for areas which she could in fact, improve upon. It is only because of Ms. *** that the entire brand image has not been tainted in my mind. Please be sure to take care of her at your company. She is more fitting to be the manager.
