    I ordered porcelain tile from this company which arrived horribly damaged. The carrier dropped it a the delivery location (a new home under construction), so I was not on site at time of delivery. Later that day my husband went to put the tile in the house and could hear that there was damage because of noise in boxes. I contacted company the next day, sent pictures of the damage, and ultimately was told I signed delivery receipt accepting the package and they weren't responsible for the damage. It was not my signature on the receipt-as it was not even my name. Signature said "******* ******" and my name is ********* ******. The signature was forged. Anyway, after much back and forth between my CC dispute and Catalfamo, he offered a nominal amount to make me happy. Did not come close to cover my cost to replace material (not to mention time lost, inconvenience etc). My purchase was $$1487. At least half of the tile was broken. And this has been a nightmare.

    I would select no stars if possible. The issues start at the top and trickle down to the first point of contact in this company. I placed and paid-in-full for an order on February 11th with the promise that floors would be delivered on or by February 25th and I would have shipment details within 48 hours. Thankfully I have emails to prove the deception so I still have my job. Twelve days later (2 days from promised delivery date), I have nothing in writing, not even an estimated delivery date, despite reaching out to original sales rep (Johan De La Hoz), order processor (Nicola Smith), lead order processor (Leah McBride), general manager (Greg Thompson), general manager (Tony Cuozzo), and co-founder and sales director (Gerard Cuozzo). I won't even go into the lengths I had to go to get in contact with anyone above the order processor as they refuse all requests to speak to management. Let's just say I had to hone in on my internet sleuth skills to get past sales. If you want to be given the run around, lied to, and ignored by the entire organizational chart, call Catalfamo Gallery. Today I contacted everyone in the pipeline asking for a delivery date or a refund and have not received a response. Who knows when I will receive my order and what other problems I will encounter moving forward with such an unreliable and unresponsive company. I am forwarding the purchase order to our legal service to see what my rights and options are at this point. Avoid this company at all costs and go a company that backs their word and policies. Steer clear of Catalfamo, and take note, they also operate under Fast Floors online.

    Update: It is now February 24th, and I still do not have a shipping date, much less a delivery date. The president of the company did write me a dismissive email yesterday in which he stated, “this is far from a problem” and “we will have answers for you today.” That was yesterday, and I still have no answers. What I do have is threats of incurring fees and more lies. At 10 am this morning, I got a phone call from the order processor to tell me the floors were being loaded today. The same story she had told me two days ago. I told her this dishonestly was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. Shortly after, I received an email telling me that I would get hit with a 25% restocking fee if I canceled my order because the order had been loaded onto a shipping trailer since February 22nd. **** ******** called to tell me he still had no delivery date and gave me a long explanation of **** flooring’s logistics operation. In this scenario, my floors were on a pallet on a dock somewhere. What happened to the locked trailer situation? These people will say whatever they need to say to keep your money hijacked and give you no other recourse than to have to accept a shipment of flooring on whatever date they decide. Our conversation ended with **** assuring me, “it’s not a threat, but we’ve been doing this for 30 years, and you will lose in court.” I guess I have zero choices, and I will get my floors whenever they come…unacceptable.
