Moving agreement date: February 13, 2023.ABC Worlwide Logistics LLC services promised to move Household Goods from **********, ** ***** to ***** City Limits, ********.*Door to Door LCL service includes the following: Curbside Pick-up from **********, ** ***** Inland Transportation to Export Terminal Ocean freight to Destination Country Origin THC / Destination THC File Processing for US Customs Destination Import ******************************* destination Customs Inspection Transportation to customer residence, ground 1st floor Unloading, Unpacking of Furniture, Boxes place in required rooms Removal of Debris same day.Ocean Bill of Lading 3213357.We claim that ABC Worlwide Logistics should reimburse us for:1. Extra charge for trucking our two pallets from ***** to *****: 1668.08BGN (=$926.22)We believe that charge should have been included in the price that we paid because our agreement was that the cargo would arrive at *****, not *****.2. Extra charge for the storage at the warehouse for the delay of customs declaration documents: 1350.05BLG (=$749.63)The ************* Logistics assigned ********* partner, MoveOne LLC, which assigned a customs broker Globelink LLC that failed to explain properly about our eligibility for duty free clearance and the declaration forms. If we had known what documents to prepare, we would have gathered them before we left the US. We had to find our own customs broker and that took time.3. Customs broker charges: 200.00BGN (=$111.05)Our new customs broker MikaelaConsult LLC. 4. Delivery from warehouse: 96.01BGN+ 60.00BGN = 156.01BGN (=$86.63)New movers charges from the warehouse to our apartment. Pick up date was April 11 Estimated arrival - May 31 Actual delivery - July 14. We lived without our stuff for more than 3 months and we had terrible stress. Long conversations with company agent ************************* weren't helpful with this matter.Customer response

We would like to add details in regards to ************* Logistics agent, **************************
In his email of August 21, 2023, he wrote that they paid ****************************** (***********************) for customs clearance $443.00. We believe that $443 should be reimbursed to us for customs clearance, instead of what we paid out of pocket for a new customs and delivery service.
