I ordered an item a month ago, received confirmation but still have not received any updates or the item despite website clearly stating items are shipped by UPS ground next business day. No response despite multiple emails, voicemail box is full and no answer when you try to call. At worst, this is entirely a ****. At best, you will receive your order incredibly late with no way of speaking to anyone at the company. Do not recommend.Review from Brent M

I placed an order in April and still haven't received my part. When you call the number, the mailbox is full. This appears to be a scam company.

Mr ********* is located in Canada and unfortunately we can only ship in the 48 contiguous states. we explained to him that we could ship his order to a US address, but he has not responded as of yet.Review from Robert B

I left a not too kind review about Cuisine Parts International. I had placed an order, never heard from them for almost two weeks, received no response to e-mail inquiries, and tried to call but got voice mail and the voice mail box was full. I don't see the review here now, so I'm not sure what happened to it. But after I left the review I was contacted and my order has been shipped. I would revise the review if I could, but I can't find it. Anyway, I guess I just had a bad experience, but they've come through. I guess these are just crazy times.Review from Robert B

I placed on online order on June 4, 2022, in the amount of $115.85, and received an order confirmation by e-mail. It is now almost two weeks later and I have not received the items that I ordered, nor have I received any kind of shipping confirmation. I have e-mailed several times to inquire about my order, but have had no response, I have also called several times, but my calls immediately went to voice mail. I couldn't leave a message because the voice mail box is full. I am wondering if this company is even in business anymore. I would definitely not recommend ordering from Cuisine Parts International.
