We started purchasing supplies in June 2022. Had no issues until recently. On the company website, if you need to communicate, one way is through their website. I have screenshots of my messages. My original message dated 1/10/22; followed up with another 1/17/22. They never responded. I checked spam and nothing.The most recent shipment of Contour Next One testing strips. The order #****** $110.50, There were multiple issues which had never happened before, including with other distributors. The glucometer is fine. Ended up buying from another supplier since this company didn't have the professionalism to respond. Glucose issues are no joke! Due to the fact they ignored me, I am now asking for a full refund.PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IN WRITING. It is difficult for me to speak.Thank you.Business response

After reviewing your order and interactions with our **************** team we would like to offer some clarification. In your claim you stated you tried contacting us twice in January 2022 but then stated you started purchasing with us in June of 2022. This must have been a mistake as you must have meant to reference January 2023. Unfortunately, upon review we were unable to locate any email or phone history from you in January 2023,with the contact information provided.
We want to make every effort to rectify this matter and will be issuing you a full refund for order #******. We would very much appreciate the opportunity to regain your trust in the future should you consider shopping with us again.
