******* has been great to work with! This is the first time attempting to buy a home and he has made the process so easy! Had me pre-approved quickly, connected with a realtor just as fast! This team has made this experience not so scary! Totally recommend Society Mortgage!

We just bought a house through Society Mortgage. It's our first house, and the experience was not as bad as heard. Yes it was stressful, but ********************* our broker was incredible! I don't know if he was working with others while with us, because he made us feel as though we were the only ones! This type of focus is what makes ***** a great agent! He is patient, explains every detail for someone like us who never bought a house before and were extremely nervous. ***** actually spends time with you, calming every fear and horror story revolving around being a first time home buyer. He exudes the type of customer service that is sadly lacking in today's business world. If everyone had the same attitude, what a pleasure dealing with someone on the other end of the phone would be! We HIGHLY recommend ***** and Society Mortgage to anyone looking for an easy transition from renter to owner! They are certainly the best!Society Mortgage Response

Dont waste your time! I was told I was pre approved, spent two months looking for a home and was excited to start the process of buying A home when *********************** sent all my documents back to me, and stated to us that it wasnt worth their time to manage a loan under a certain dollar amount, and to take it to my credit union to close my loan. However, he did say good luck on your closinghow nice of him! Did I mention that they dont return phone calls either?! Not honest people, they had my work address and the address of the property I was trying to buy for weeks before they told me to pay for an appraisal then told me I could not get the loan because my job is too far from the property. Then to add insult to injury they send me a denial letter saying I was denied because of issues with my credit. They had run my credit at the beginning of the process. So why make me pay for an appraisal? Rather dishonest/shady way of doing business. There is no justice in America for some peopleSociety Mortgage Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, your employer was not able to confirm the commute would not have an effect on your employment. Your statement of denial is called a Denial of Credit, but the reason we indicated was Employment.

I have finally found the home of my dreams and ***************************** with Society Mortgage has been an amazing person to work with. All of the people at SM have been amazing, but ****** has gone the extra mile to make it so easy and not so scary. I truly appreciate him and this company. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for buying a home. ****** has always been available to me, either via text, phone, or email.
