      March 2-4, 2024 Upon check in the room smelled of urine and marijuana, requested to be moved to another room and with the associates assistance and going to empty rooms we got one with less smell. Of the 3 rooms we had 2 sinks didnt drain, 1 tub didnt drain, key cards didnt work, floors were extremely dirty, walls had blood and urine on them, police were there for people who live there 2 times, kids caught ***** on fire and desk told us to call 911, toilets were bolted to floor, toilet seats were unhooked, AC was broke, doors didnt close completely, pool was dirty, and homeless stay for free and I pay over 200 a night. When complaint was filed with ******* the hotel said we never complained but I have emails that show our rooms were changed. Called 8 times now and 3 times I was told I would be called back and havent been and the other 5 times they said the owner has never been there at all to tell them and they dont have a contact for them. The health department needs to shut it down. We had to buy bed comforters to sleep on the floor because of the bed being so dirty, and new cloths and suitcases because of the bugs before we went on our cruise.

      On August 11th, 2023, I travelled to Lauderdale from *********** and had reservation at Days Inn. On my arrival i checked in and when me and my son reach the room the smell was very unpleasent and the room felt unclean we were afraid to sit on anything. We nothiced the dirty look of the compound from we entered the elevator area. We immediately went back to the front desk and i told them that we were not pleased and i could not sleep in the smoky room. The clerk told me that if i can book somewhere else and contact expedia to confirm cancelation then i would be able to get a full refund of my money and that would take 5 business days. I called expedia who spoke with the hotel and we all came to an agreement for the cancelation and a full refund. I then left and went to another hotel. A month later afrer checking my bank a few times and still nothing, i contacted expedia and told them the refund was still not sent, i was told to call the hotel because they had collected the payment and not expedia. I did this and was rudely spoken to by the manager and also told that i was not getting the money back. I called expedia and they called the hotel and reminded them of the agreement but they are still refusing to refund the money. I am left now to file this complaint because i have tried and expedia have tried and the hotel is not cooperating with us, they went back on their word. I am desperately in need of help with this situation because i have been cheated out of cash and had they said from the beginning that i would not get a refund i would have excepted the lost and still go elsewhere because my son was insisting that we leave because the place made him feel dirty, i also felt that way. Expedia is willing to give you any information that you made need on expedia itinerary # **************. Ive also sent some conversation between myself and expedia. Thanking you in advance

      I booked a reservation, for )c0ber 22, 2023, at the Days Inn, located at ********************************** Ft. Lauderdale, *******. When I checked in, the hotel room smelled like urine and there was a homeless man sleeping on the hotel property. There was a pit-bull dog running around on the property and a few drug addicts walking up and down the stairwells. I checked out after 1 hour of checking in. I felt unsafe staying at the hotel with my two young children. My receipt shows I did not spend the night at the hotel. Yet, there is a charge on my credit card.

      Stayed at ur location on 4/23/2023 booked via my airiline for flight delay. Upon arriving at 1 am was greeted by two prostitutes soliciting me and my husband at the door. The room smelled a great deal and was dirty. loud noises entire night. called for at least ********* being a choice member and gave the run around. definitely will not travel chair anymore!

      I regrettably stayed at this Days Inn on Saturday, December 3rd and paid for my room through a third party called Super Travel. I made a reservation for a room with a fridge and microwave. My original room had these items, but with putrid rotting liquid in the fridge, which resulted in a horrid smell that I couldnt get rid of. I asked to change rooms and the new room did not have a fridge or microwave. It also smelled of mildew and strong cleaning chemicals. Furthermore, the room was very filthy. There were pubic hairs on the floor and the bathtub was very dirty. The sink was also dirty and had hairs in it. The surfaces had sticky, white substances. I reserved with this hotel because they had free airport shuttle service. When I called the hotel when I landed to ask where I can be picked up, they said there is no shuttle service anymore. I called super travel and they wouldnt cancel my reservation. I then called the hotel again to ask about discount ways to get to the hotel and found out from another representative that they actually do have shuttle service. I got disconnected from the staffer while being put on hold and then forgotten about after 15 minutes. When I called again, another representative told me there is no airport shuttle service. When I told her that she should ask a supervisor because I was just told otherwise, she apologized and said there was airport service. When I tried to connect with the airport driver it kept going to his voicemail. I was at the airport for 1.5 hours on and off hold with Days Inn to figure out if they have shuttle service.When I contacted Super Travel again for a refund they accepted and said they need the manager to email them and approve the refund. When I emailed the manager and included details about my horrific experience and asked him to simply email Super Travel, he said, This is denied.I am disgusted by my entire experience with this hotel that should be reported to the ******************
