Do not, DO NOT, use this company for anything. They have fake ****** reviews on their website. I was completely scammed and taken advantage of in January. First of all, they do not disclose they are just booking movers for you, they aren't the actual movers. So when I paid them $1,800, that was simply to book movers. The movers they did book were the worst I have ever experienced. I paid an additional $1,000 the day of the move, along with $500 to wrap certain items (mirror, tvs, etc). At this point, I was over it. It was a disaster to get the delivery scheduled, and they threatened to keep my items in their warehouse for over a month, 3 weeks went by and they finally scheduled - when they arrived, they asked for more money because of the distance from the street to the door, an entire box of clothes was missing with no explanation (but they gave me a box of someone else's, which just goes to show the lack of care). The mirror that I paid to wrap was totally shattered, I had to throw it away. They demanded an additional $1000 to finish unloading. It ruined the excitement of moving for me, I had to start a new job in a new city with none of my belongings, and the email ************************************************************ who booked the whole move was disconnected after the move. These are bad bad bad people. The owner screamed at me over the phone and hung up on me. Do NOT give them your money, they are scam artists.

I hired this company for a long distance move from *********** ** to ************ **. I paid the required deposit of ****** dollars. However the couple buying our house changed their mind. So I wrote a letter within their required 72 hours to cancel and get my deposit back minus 4%. I have still yet to receive my deposit back. I have spoken to a few different people in customer service. With the last woman saying they will put the check in the mail to me at my new address in **. That was 2 months ago and I still didn't get that check.

The company priced me at **** dollars for the move and when they arrived we were charged almost ***** dollars. Also when we got our stuff some of ours was missing and some was broken. We want a refund of all the money we paid them plus the cost of damages/lost stolen items.

I contracted with this company to move kitchen appliances to my home in ** from **. The items were delivered. The following complaint was made with the company; I am writing this Email to let you know how disappointing my experience with your company was. I feel like I paid top dollar for the move and did not get my money worth. First on the scheduled pick up date the movers did not show up or call. People in NY were waiting all day after taking off from work for the move and canceling appts. After several calls from me hours after the scheduled time I was told no pick up due to trouble with the truck. Things happen but the courtesy of a call was not extended. The driver called later that night and rescheduled for the following day. After arriving late they made the delivery but they refused to bring the refrigerator into the house. They stated that they would not remove the doors to bring it inside. The doorway was too narrow to fit it without removing the door. They left it outside on the porch. I now have to get another company to bring it indoors at additional cost. As a disabled senior living on a fixed income this is a huge burden on me. The two gentleman that did the move did a good job other than that and did it in snowy weather. I think in the contract it states that they will reassemble items that needed taken apart during the move. The fridge is not an excluded item in the contract. This fridge should be inside the house. Not left outdoors where it can get damaged or stolen. I believe your company should pay the additional fee incurred to get the fridge into the house. I paid a lot to your company because I expected professional, competent, service. Now I have no refrigerator in my house and I definitely paid to have it there.I received a phone call reply from the company in which they refused to make it right. The contract states that they will disassemble and reassemble items as needed for the move. They have disabled online access to the contract.

The company gave me a quote and insisted on over a $700 check deposit. When the movers( from a company they outsource to)came the quote doubled though my amount of stuff went up by 2 boxes only! The driver argued with me for quite some time throwing down different prices not really based on anything. For one thing he claimed he had to bring a small truck which would mean my stuff had to later be transferred to a bigger truck, necessitating a transfer fee. In fact I lived on the corner of St Georges in ****** ** , a major thoroughfare. Even the guy on the phone who gave the original quote said an 18 ******* would be no problem. They give bogus low quotes to lure you in. Then a quality control guy calls a week later and *** the price and then the actual movers when they come up again. Advice to those who need to move: get a local mover who comes to your house and gives a quote you sign then and there not an estimate. Also watch your bank account after using Allied One.. Also they really wash their hands of you after taking the original deposit. Then you are handed to local movers anyhow. In my case the local movers lost 10% of my boxes. I way overpaid for a service not completed. Where is my stuff?

My initial quote doubled and was given no way to modify my quote. I was overquoted by *********, and I when I called him the next day to update my inventory because we gave away a lot of our items, he told us that we will NOT need to change our cubic footage estimate as we will only pay for what we use on the truck. I told him explicitly that I did not want the *************************************************************************************** a condescending tone and said "like I said, you only pay for what you put on the truck". He also told us that "we can make it happen by mid afternoon" for having or stuff delivered to our final destination in ** on Saturday, September 3rd and our stuff didn't get to our destination until September 9th. (Also, he refuses to pick up his phone after the movers picked up our stuff.) Of course when the movers showed up, they wouldn't load the truck until we paid the rest of the deposit for the full 414 that I DID NOT WANT.I spoke with the customer service **** ******* and she did not provide any tangible next steps and was rude to me even though I was dealing with an unpredictable experience. The moving company itself kept postponing the dropoff with an original drop-off date Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, which really impacted my professional career as I had to take time off of work for each rescheduled drop-off. A lot of our high ticket items were completely shattered or damaged upon arrival which makes this whole experience even more upsetting. They will claim they cannot provide any compensation due to "clause/section 1" (FYI my contract link didn't even work a few days after signing so I couldn't even reference) so BUYER BEWARE that this is probably one of the worst customer experiences I have had ever. I am looking into reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will seek legal advice since they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.

So I had to move jobs and had to move from ****** ** to ************ **. Allied called along with 10 other companies. We went with allied and ******************* was my rep. **** gave me an estimate of ***** dollars. The movers showed up on the day we asked and the movers were fantastic. The issue was the charged me ***** over the price. **** gave me 794 cubic. It went over by ***** dollars. I don't have ***** dollars laying around. **** held my property hostage until I paid the money. I called the office and ******************* never seems to be at work and the people in the office are rude and just don't care about our issues. I'm not sure what I can do now I just can't believe that people take advantage of people in there worst time moving. Please feel free to call me and we can discuss this matter further.

Sales representative said I had 48 hours to cancel my reservation for a full refund. I cancelled 24 hours later and got an email saying my cancelation is confirmed. Roughly two days after my confirmed cancelation the company took $1,295 out of my account. I have called numerous times over two weeks and each time was told that the budget department will get to it and send me an email soon and they never have. I have asked to speak to someone from that department and was told no. It has been nearly three weeks.

I spoke to a salesperson on the phone on 10/12 & booked them to move my things from a storage unit in NH to FL on 10/22/21. The salesperson gave me a price of $3815. I asked him if he needed an inventory & he said "No, I have the size of your storage units & that gives me the cubic feet." He said that I could give him a few of the bigger items so they know how much bubble wrap to bring. I told him that I had a full inventory list, but he didn't want it. I received an emailed contract I never docusigned afterwards. We only spoke on the phone. The scheduler called me a week later on 10/19. He asked for an inventory & accused me of lying about my inventory with the salesperson. I explained that he didn't want the inventory & he cut me off. He then raised my price to $7656 3 days before the move. I told him I didn't have the money for that & that I'd have to cancel. He said I would not get my $1380 deposit back. I said that he had just called now to double the price. He said I had to call customer service to officially cancel and gave me the number to call. I called and the man said that I signed a contract, which I NEVER did, told me I would not get my deposit back, told me to "**** off" and hung up. Right away I called to reverse the charges from my credit card which was successful until Allied denied the reversal. Nicole left me a phone message (I still have it) saying I would get a refund. I never got it. Scheduler called 11/20 saying to now email Holly from billing. She emailed me on 10/20 to say no deposit refund due to a cancellation having to be 14 days beforehand. I told her I only booked the truck a week ago and was called just yesterday with the price doubled. I had Capitol One investigate again and we did a three way call. We were hung up on. I still don't have a refund for services not rendered. They purposely wait to call a few days beforehand to bait and switch. Capitol One wants paperwork proving the cancellation and Allied will not give it to me. Scam!
