            Date of transaction: 10/14 and then again on 10/18 Estimate/Billing number: ******* Committed to pack, load, and move, unload, and set up my 90 year old mother from ***********, ******* to ********* ********...so she would not have to "lift a finger."They were 7 hours late on pick-up; 2 hours late on drop off; at drop-off, nearly everything was damaged. Numerous items were missing. A box of my mother's belongings was found after the move in their warehouse. They shipped it. An antique rocking chair, among other items, was discarded at pickup. They damaged an awning at the pickup location (I have no idea if this has been resolved). Beyond sending the left behind box, I was promised a reimbursement check for damaged/missing items. That has not happened. My credit card was charged a second time (the first time I was charged ******* based on the estimate--I approved that one). The second charge (which I did not approve and was not notified by the company that I'd be charged) was an additional ********. The reimbursement check will not replace the lost and damaged items--most of which were antiques/keepsakes. It was a complete disaster.

            Best moving company I have used yet. I moved from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Lyons, GA. The movers were very professional and handled our belongings with care, being very attentive to detail. All of our items were delivered to our new home safely, giving us peace of mind. I would highly recommend using Moving America Van Lines!
