      on Friday the 12th, 2024 I went and bought an Audi A6 used. The salesman ************************************* helped me, he was working with me until he sold me the car very attentive, he responded to my messages immediately and calls After the sale he didn't care anymore he promised me a full car detail did not responded i ask him for the full car inspection before it was put for sale he did not provided any inspection to me and did not answer my text messages nothing , i had to call the sales manager to make a complaint ********************* nothing was done.Today i find out 18th of April from service department after the full inspection was done the tires are used not new, ******** told me the day he was selling the car to me the tires where brand new the 4 not used they are on 6 percent tread rear tires thats not even close to new horrible what I'm going through dealership denied putting new tires they scam me and told me lies.

      We have already taken the opportunity to reach out to the customer to assist.  The vehicle was purchased with two new front tires.  We replaced the two rear tires as you can see from the attached Repair Order.  Per the customer this issue is resolved.

      I bought a new car in Audi Pembroke Pines Dealership. After 15 days I went on different occasions to repair the car and even so, *******************************, who sold me the car, never responded to my emails nor did they offer a solution to the problem. I try to talk to the general manager in different times, and I can't talk to him. They said that I need to talk to the service department. The customer service experience was horrible. This is what I'm telling you, I need your help to resolve this issue. I need a full refund or to exchange this car for a new Audi Q3 without problems. As an American citizen, I am covered by the Lemon law because the car has a malfunction. They never repair the problem because the problem continue, and is a new expensive car, thats need to be in perfect condition.I need a full refund of my money or and a replace for a new Audi Q3.I request my right as a consumer to receive my cover by the lemon law because of the following.-Less than 90 days per purchase - Attempted repair in 3 moments of the same problem by *********************** on Pembroke Pines - Vibration substantially ***** the US -Highlight a security issue -High value compared to other dealers (attached the proposal for Another AUDI dealership). I want the same Q3 car in perfect condition in the same price ******************** offer **** want your response to resolve this issue.Also attached you can see all the information you request me, and some evidence such as:emails, text messages between ************************* and *************************, confirmation appointments for service, which do not fully correspond to the service invoice sent, and payments of Uber that I had to do when they did not provide me with a car to get around.Attached you can see all the documents and times I went to fix the problem and they rever fixed.Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.*********************************: ************ ********************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me.

      Bought a car that has a vibration problem. The car was repaired, the dealership change the 4 tires, and in less than a week the problem continued. That is, the problem was not solved, the vibration continuous. It is very uncomfortable to drive a new car with this problem, even more so when I am paying a very high bill, and I dint have idea what dangerous can be. The dealership has not properly handled the problem, they directed me to Audi and Audi told me to submit my complaint to you BBB. This is no a good costumer service at all. All the people that drive the car feel the vibration but no in the dealership feel it is weird situation.

      I am very disappointed with this situation and with the handling of Audi Pembrokpines giving to me, all they want is for you to pay for a bad car, but they do not give you good customer service.

      At this time the only that I want is the dealer ship return my money back, I don't want an Audi car anymore.

      I am rejecting this response because: I had previously reported in different emails, calls, and trips to the dealer telling them that the car still had the problem and they did not want to do anything about it. According to them, the car has nothing but the problem continues. I see that the treatment was unprofessional and I don't want to have the same problem for 6 years, which is the period I need to pay for a damaged car. 
      I am not going to waste any more time trying to reach an agreement with the dealer, when they do not want to assume a problem. I just want to return this car that has a problem they can't fix and get all the money I paid for it back, that's all I want.

      After some questionable attempts by the sales manager to withhold my payoff amount to negotiate the purchase of my vehicle, I eventually agreed to sell my 2021 Audi Q8 to Audi of Pembroke Pines on 6/26/22. The dealer took possession of the vehicle the same day after an agreed upon price. I was promised a $5k check within 3-5 days, however after 14 days I have not been paid. I have made attempts to get an update from the dealer through the sales rep that serviced the transaction, but have not been given an answer to date.
