      I attended Azure college for my BSN, I am in need of my official transcript to continue my education. *** unsuccessfully tried to request it through canvas, Parchment and the department of education. The Department of Education listed the contact info of ******************************* which is the owner of the school, when I finally got a hold of him he told me to email his brother ************************* whom *** already emailed 3 times without a response on the matter. Ive had past issues with the school where I was always able to communicate with **** and get them resolved. The *** program starts January ********* need my transcript to be sent to the University. You guys sent an email saying that you would transfer the students transcripts to the Department of Education for whenever we need them, which isnt true. I paid the school $12000 out of pocket, I studied days and night, now I need my official transcript.

      I originally attended the ***** campus and is in need of three official transcripts. I contacted Azure, spoke to a representative from the college and I was told to send an email to **************************** Ive been sending multiple emails every day and Im not getting a response. I truly do need my transcript. The school itself. I never had a problem with the school, with the teachers, with people that work there they was very professional. They always tried to help me get to the next level with the *** course. But for some reason I could not pass the exit exam. So this year I was hoping I can go back to them and see if they can help me get my ***, but now I found out that the school is no longer open which is very heartbreaking for me. Because I truly did love Azure college. But right now I need my transcript and I havent gotten them or a response. Ive been emailing them constantly every day with no response. So this is very unusual to me, because in the past when I have tried to contact them, Ive always gotten a reply back. The only transcript I have is an unofficial transcript, which is a copy of the official transcript. I need an official transcript.

      My mother was a LPN to RN student at Azure College starting in January 2020. She flew to Florida for the info session. She paid $25,000 to attend this program. Over a year and a half, she completed all coursework, attended virtual clinical sessions, and the ***** live review course. She then submitted her application for RN licensure with no follow up from the school. We heard nothing for 4 months. After persistent emails and phone calls, we finally received a response from the school president ************************** They met in person where they discussed my mothers options. She was told that in order to sit for the *****, she would need to re do all coursework as ***** review. She was told that this was her only course of action. So in January 2022, she redid all the coursework for the program, receiving As in every class. At the completion of her repeat coursework, she is emailed about a paid ***** review course and received no information regarding graduation. At this point she was disheartened by the disorganization, lack of communication and sheer unprofessionalism displayed by this school. She and I both sent emails and made multiple phone calls requesting to withdraw with a refund of her expenses. After six months of phone calls and emails, we finally reached ************************* in January 2023 who tried to convince my mother to return and just complete clinical for graduation. She told him her decision to no longer pursue this program. I spoke with him and his associate ****************** in order to coordinate a refund of tuition costs. I spoke with ******************** and ****************** between January - March 2023 and he stated that the refund had been approved and that he would call me with further details. Since March 2023, my mother and I have not been able to reach anyone at Azure College despite multiple emails and phone calls. My regret is not researching this school thoroughly before allowing my mother to be defrauded by this unprofessional nursing school.

      Im filing a complaint against Azure College due to them not fulfilling my transcript request from October 2022. I graduated from Azure in may of 2020 I have been trying to get my transcripts and diploma since June of 2020. I finally was able to get my diploma may of 2023! No one answers the phones or calls you back. I spoke with administration in October and was advised to order my transcript on the site they use and paid for it to be sent to *******. My transcript was placed on hold the same day. It is July 2023. I have sent numerous email and placed so many phone calls no one ever returns. This school is extremely unprofessional and do not care about their students at all.

      I was enrolled in that school in july 2020 due to covid I couldnt work Ileft. But for me to start I gave all my requirements so I came back to readmit they lost all my transcript all my paper now I have one class left I cant even attend due to negligence. They said I one $ ***** after I was fone they came up with $5000 more and the woman in finance stated that I will see yes after arranged to go for my last class she came up with something else

I tried contacting the phone number provided and it went straight to voicemail. I believe this person created a fake account to batch our good name. We will be more than happy to investigate any refund issued for any students who need help. Please have the person provide us with a real name and contact information; otherwise, please drop this complaint. It has no merit without proper identification.

      Azure college is very unprofessional  every single employee  is unprofessional  I will be contacting state of labor for them and every every license company they do fraud they sell diplomas and transcripts  they never answer their phones they never return emails *********** ignore everyone ******* services ignore everyone they have  I will be contacting other departments  for them

      Dear Better Business Beareau, I was going to a RN to BSN nursing program named Azure College. I started the program in June 29 for 6 months all the way up to January 29th, 2021. When the program was officially completed on January 25th, 2021. I called for my diploma they told me that it would come in 3 months in my email from ***************@azure.edu. So I said let me give them 3 months as they say because a diploma isn't created in a day so I did but I received no diploma. So I called again and they said another 3 months, each time I waited and called after the time frame they gave me the same excuse. I even went to their office to speak to them they arranged for me to speak to their staff Ms. Sims and she never called me in to her office to talk about the matter she left me in the waiting area, then snuck by and tried to leave when I tried to talk to her after I heard her name being called out by her coworkers who were telling her bye she told me point blank that there was no way I was getting my diploma. 10 months later from now it's almost the end of the year and after they saw that I was persistent about retrieving it they had me meet them on Tues November 23rd, I had to drive for 6 hours and when I called them to let them know I was coming to pick it up. Jose ******** the creator of the program told me that Johnson ******** the owner of the school has to be present for them to print the diploma which is another lie because he arranged the meeting in the first place. They have not only done this to me they've done it to all their RN-BSN students and I paid them $12,000 plus more counting books I paid from out of pocket. It was my sweat & blood I used to get the money to pay for the BSN program. So I would like my money back. I asked them for it, but they continue to ignore me that's why I have turned this matter over to the BBB to resolve, so yes please look into it for me!

Ms. **** diploma was sent for printing and we specific told her once the diploma is ready someone will reach out for her to pick it up. She decided to make the trip without proper notification from us. The diploma was not printed at the time she came in. However, a few days later, we called her to let her know that her diploma was ready. She asked us to mail it for her, which was mailed to the student address. The head of the program Mr. Jose ******** has sent me a picture of the document I wanted and proof that he is sending it through priority mail.
