            I purchased a travel package through BIV travel, after hesitancy and speaking with a manager (*************************), I was assured that the travel package included no ************** and simply an in-room survey to be completed during the stay. ************** was aware that avoiding a property tour was non-negotiable for us, and assured us this would not be a part of the stay. He gave his cell number to call or text with any questions or issues. When attempting to book travel, we were told that there would be a property tour, which was against the terms and conditions that we agreed to when purchasing the vacation. We were refused a refund despite the company violating the terms and conditions. The vacations are now unusable, as the ************** were stated as an absolute no for us. We were clearly misled and scammed into spending money on a vacation package that we would not be able to use. We were told to "just get it over with and enjoy the trip". I still would like a refund.
