      Less than 1 star. I paid $150 for a deposit. This was to go toward the 3, 4, or 5 day Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees. I chose a 4 day through Carnival, according to my certificate, the fees should be $151 per person. According to Carnival's retail website. The fees for taxes and port fees totaled $150 per person, However, GOCRV charged $462.25 for the same fees, which would leave a balance of $311.25 after my $150 deposit applied. When I told the representative that I was only expected to pay around $150 more for the "free" cruise to cover the taxes, I was told that the cost of the taxes can change at anytime and will fluctuate based on the travel agency. I have sent in a request for a refund of $150. It seems like this company inappropriately increases the taxes to make money off of a cruise that is supposed to be "free". If I would to book this through the Carnival website, then I would only be spending $112 less than going through gocrv.Instead of promoting this as a "free" cruise, they should just call it a discounted cruise. It is false advertisement and it misleads a person to think that taxes are higher than what they really are, when they are not. The company is just trying to make more money for themselves.

      its a scam they give you a certificate and then give you no availability unless you upgrade and try to upgrade you to almost regular price to get any use out it. Horrible customer service very rude, condescending and pushy.

      Gocrv is a fulfillment company and fulfills based on our available inventory.  We dont have a record of the guest having called the reservation dept.  We have contacted the guest, gave an extension and direct phone number to call when ready to book travel.       GOCRV, holiday , ************** Xchange all the same company but I realized they operate under different names. these are scams! they will charge you more than you will pay on just going online yourself and booking it yourself. - the hotels are ridiculous unless you'll upgrade for $1000. for example, look up ***************** in **********, This doesnt even have a pool. the reviews are terrible. Read the fine print on certificates, they WILL charge you $245 per person ON TOP OF the $300 you probable already spent on voucher and deposits. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! look on tiktok- don't bd stupid like me. Then getting your deposit refund is such a long process it makes you just want to say "F it". they make everything difficult and then just try to sell you more and more things, ALSO keep in mind allllll trips are during the week and all flights are difficult as theyll only pay for the cheapest, its all ridiculous. Its 2024 - just go online and book yourself

      I am on the phone waiting for an hour, I was told by the automated system that my wait time is one minute. Why is the attorney general not investigating this company? I am reading the reviews, it is atrocious and the attorney general doesn't know?.

      We find this review to be unfair.  This guest called on 6/5, used the call back option and was called back and made a travel offer.  When the automated system was tested, we found the approximate hold time to be correct.  We apologize if the time given wasnt correct, however it is impossible to know in advance how long a call may take.       Well, I couldn't book what I wanted so I am asking for a refund. Karen was very helpful. Now dealing with the solutions department to get my refund. Anna is handling my refund. Looks like it is clear and easy. The presentation we got misrepresented this as a "free" trip. It is anything but. But I don't hold these folks responsible.

      Honestly speaking, I've never been put on hold for so long that I end up calling for days at a time with the same response of being put on hold listening to the same elevator music. Finally I was able to speak with someone on March 8, 2024(I called right after 9am). I paid my money and received an email, but since that time I have not received any confirmation about my upcoming flight for two. All the time, money and effort I have put in with the so called Comany, I might as well pay the full price for my flights. At least that way I know for certain that I'll have a guaranteed round trip for 2 on the days that I actually want to travel. So DISAPPOINTED with this company. I'm glad I paid with **************** so that I can get a refund with no questions.

      Gocrv.com is a fulfillment company obligated to fulfill based on the terms.  The offer was registered and deposit paid on 3/11/24 and an email was sent on 3/26/24 to contact us.  We are experiencing a high call volume and for the customers convenience, we offer a call back option prior to 3pm EST.  This guest used the call back option and was called back. Our records show that the guest was contacted, was going to call us back with the required traveler information, called back and travel was confirmed.  We take pride in our business and efforts in satisfying our customers travel needs.  Customer Service Network Group has closed this file.

      I understand that my trip is non refundable, but I am sitting in a hospital in ICU unable to go on the vacation I paid over 500 dollars for. It was not free, and taxes and fees cost more than the ****** Airline flights and Hotel stay. I even upgraded to Hilton, but I am not able to notify anyone that I am unable to make it. I call the phone number for gocrv and they are closed on the weekends and only accepting voice-mails. Doubt that anyone ever hears them. These jokers booked the hotel on and probably ****** airlines via Expedia.com for crying out loud. What a scam! This was offered as a free trip with Hotel, airfair, and SeaWorld tickets for two. I had to pay for the airfare and hotel. No fees and taxes cost hundreds dollars unless the accommodations and flights are very expensive, not the cheapest of the cheap so the 'travel agency" keeps the travelers money. Make no mistake, once I get out of the hospital, I will be writing a review of the company I received this "free vacation offer" from. IHG Hotels... which is every hotel in the world apparently, is a scam. GoCRV isn't available on the weekends when your flight and hotel reservations are crucial to maintain communication.

      We find this review to be unfounded and unfair.  Gocrv is a fulfillment company obligated to fulfill based on our written terms, which clearly state the offer is not free.  While we are closed evenings and weekends, we have an afterhours staff which are contacted when a customer on travel leaves a message.  This guest was contacted, after hours, and left a detailed message with a direct call back phone number.  Since she was due to travel the next day, the only thing that could be done was for the guest to contact the airlines directly.  After receiving this review, we contacted the guest who was interested in points used (which we cant assist with) and stated she had no intention to use the airfare.  If she had told the reservation rep she wasnt interested in the airfare, she would not have paid the fees associated with the airfare and our company would not have paid for airline tickets that werent going to be used.       Have been waiting on hold for over an hour as I write this review. No time estimate was given for the wait. No option for a call-back was given. I have multiple certificates with them and have paid the deposit for one. Thinking about requesting the deposit back or contacting my bank to have them handle. I think I will be throwing the rest of the certificates away. The customer service seems to be non-existent here. Don't pay them anything and you won't waste your time like I have.

      This review has no basis.  Our records show the guest called in and was quoted the cost to book her request.  She stated it was supposed to be free and hung up.       I have been trying to book a trip that my husband and I would like to go, but they are all booked up. Every date that we choose, every city we try to plan, nothing available. I made deposit, and thought it was a free trip, which was stated when we went to the time share meeting. However, there are hidden fees they don't tell you about, until you try to book. We did find one place that we wanted to go, but we had to pay an additional $1400 to stay at the resort. Today I cannot get on the website to see if somehow something actually opened up before my time has expired. Do not trust them, do not book through them. They only want your money.
