I live in a building that has 3 levels for parking with the mail level designated for visitors. The main level also includes charging stations for electric cars (only place designated to charge electric cars). So far, I have received 2 parking tickets while charging my car. I have attempted both times to appeal these tickets explaining that this is the only area to charge an electric car and I was actively charging at the time both tickets were issued. Both appeals have been denied.Review from Sam T

lol they have sent over 17 invoices to a house I dont even live at anymore, *****. I used to park in garage where I lived- and every other month theyd randomly decide they wanted to fine me for parking where I park every day. Lol, losers. They are scammers and its all fraud. I dont think I have ever paid one, or will ever pay. A bunch of scam artists- you should be ASHAMED.Review from Mariana G

Paid for 2 hours parking, left after an hour - have the receipt for paid parking - got a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE for an "outstanding balance" of $90 but if I pay now, will only be $55. No violation, scam if ever I saw one. No phone number on invoice except to pay, no way to dispute.Review from George C

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. You can't charge people almost $100 for not even 2 hours of parking. They leave the gates open to lure people in, then, when you get out not knowing, they take a picture of your license plate and send you a ********************** VIOLATION CHARGE NOTICE.Review from Raymond P

I entered this parking lot and immediately exit at the other exit because there was an accident at that light where this parking lot is at. I called then so they can provided me with a video and of course they didnt want to provided me with the proof of me parking at their lot.They actually altered the date and time of my vehicle leaving the parking lot. Never seen a business comiting such fraud as this business is doing.Review from Antonio A

I received an invoice for $75 "reduced" to $38 if I paid no questions asked. The issue is that I paid for the parking via the payment machine at the lot. I have disputed the charge and I sent the company proof of payment. When I go to the website to check on the status it states my charge is "currently in dispute". This issue has been 'in dispute" for over 2 months without resolution.In my opinion this is a shakedown.Review from Jennifer C

These people are a scam. They send notices that you owe a parking ticket and they will discount it by half but when I search my plate I don't owe any outstanding tickets with ft lauderdale or Lauderdale by the sea. They do this incessantly. I don't owe any money for any ticket. They don't give you any way to contact someone and speak to them. This is bad business. I'm sure some people actually pay them.Review from Chris B

I entered the garage because I needed to charge my Tesla. I stayed in the vehicle until it was charged then paid as I exited. I received a letter in the mail saying that there is a $90 parking charge that is still due. I went to file a dispute on their website www.parkinginvoice.com and theres an error and it said I need to report their website as phishing. This is the most illegitimate charge since I have already paid and I have never experienced this before. I will be in touch with the company until this is solved but want others to be aware!Review from Bryan A

If I could Give "0" stars, then I would. This Company should be forced from business. I received some sort of parking ticket from them. They claim I was illegally parked in Asheville, NC when at the time they claim I was in Asheville The truck, my spouse, and I were in Charleston, SC. It is all a SCAM!!! There has been class action suits and other things to indicate this business should not be allowed to operate.
