      After months of planning, delivered the wrong couch for an event and then was not responsive to attempts to issue refund. Buyer beware they will try to scam you as a customer and then completely ignore your request for weeks.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. I used this company for the rentals of my wedding this past weekend and it was a huge mistake. I paid extra for specific delivery and pick up. My delivery was supposed to be between noon and 2pm. The delivery driver called me and said that he was really busy and wasn’t able to deliver at my specific time. After speaking to someone in the office and explaining that I paid extra because it had to be set up at the venue the day before, I was told that the owner of the company called the delivery driver and that they would turn the truck around and be delivering shortly. She ensured me that it was being taken care of and that I don’t need to worry about anything at all. Well, I waited at my venue ALL day. The delivery driver and the office stopped answering all of my calls. They never returned my messages and they didn’t deliver until 9:00pm. My own mother had to miss my rehearsal dinner because she was waiting for the tables and chairs to be delivered. After the dinner we went back to the venue to help set everything up and none of the silverware, water goblets, or champagne glasses matched. It looked like the company went to a thrift shop and picked up a bunch of random items. The chairs were FILTHY. I had guest who had black all over their clothes. Unfortunately the nightmare doesn’t end there. The pickup was Sunday the day after the wedding. I arrived at the venue to see the workers just sitting in the truck. Even though everything was accessible for them to pick up. I asked how long they had been there and I was told an hour. So I responded you’ve just been sitting in your truck doing nothing for an hour? Then he told me that they came and had to leave and come back. So I responded with then you haven’t been here for an hour. No one called to tell me they were on the way to pick up the items. Then they made us help load the items into their truck. Do not use this company.

      I do not like leaving bad reviews, but when an owner or representative doesn't care, I feel it is my duty to make sure NO ONE else falls victim to this business! No pride or integrity. The condition of their rentals shows that. Gold Chiavari chairs are in very poor condition. They do not honor their own contract. When I try to resolve, my calls and emails went unanswered. I have over 24 photos of how horrible the rental products are. My dinner party was ruined and I was so embarrassed. OWNER AND REPRESENSATIVES THAT ANSWER THE PHONE not once try to resolve this or accept responsibility. Business owners with Pride fight every day to stay in business, while people like the ones that run Allure Party Rentals in South Florida DON'T care about customers needs or how badly they ruin someone's special day. Need to make Allure Party Rentals in South Florida responsible for their actions! I had to file a dispute and do a charge back, because NO ONE would take my call or answer my emails!

      Horrible Customer Service. Some of the items I paid for was not used and seek some refunds...

      1. I was a customer of this company and had an event on Fort Lauderdale Beach for 9/25/21 from 9AM-6PM. The tent size I requested required a build permit from the city. Instead of this company applying for the permit for the structure, I was left to do this myself. The average customer does not have a single clue as to getting a building permit and its process. I had to learn a lot about city zones, park zones, the tent materials and fire ratings within a couple of weeks. I paid $311 for this process. This was separare from the City Parks Department permit i had to do just for the event to be allowed on teh beach. I was even told by the City Building Permits department, that the company should be the one doing this particular permit, not the customer. They required business information that I did not have. Luckily, they saw my struggle and was eventually able to pass *** permit within a day of the event.

      2. The day before the event (9/24/21), I received a call from someone requesting that they "deliver" the tent, chairs and tables the night before the event. I was staying in a hotel and had nowhere to store that. Also, the permit I acquired only allowed for the structure to be built the day of the event (9/25/21). SO, I could not allow a delivery. The agreed upon time to start the set up was 9AM 9/25/21. I had repeated calls to the vendor with no answer because their office is closed. I finally got a call at 9:45 asking if the tent could be delivered at 1:30PM. I responded with an uniquivocal NO. My guest and food were arriving at 11:00 AM. THe crew did not show up until 10:45AM. They did not speak any english. Also they only sent 4 people to erect an 80x2 tent. Ive done this in other cities before and it was at least a 10 man job for them to get it up in about an hour. Luckily I was able to communicate with the broken level of spanish that I do know. I had food and guests sitting in the sand until 12:30PM when they finally finished putting up the structure.

      3. I prepaid for materials that were not used to erect the tents. Particularly "water barrels" that were supposed to anchor the tent, but I guess they decided it didnt need to be used.

      4. Ive been calling Allure Tent Rentals daily for the past week. There is only one person working in the office. She does not have the authority to issue refunds. She instructed me to call after hours because the company phone would be forwarded to the boss/owner's cell phone. Instead the call goes straight to voice mail and the voice mail is full. She's been forwarding messages to her boss/owner daily since 9/27/21 and I have not received a response from him yet.

      Im not sure what is going on with this company, but I do request that some authority steps in to understand why they are operating their business this way.
