              Less than one star. This company is a scam. They just take your money for a form you could get for free. Do not use them!

              I needed to renew a passport so I used them thinking that it could be done through them total rip off just kept my $130 I have to pay again to the government agency. I have tried numerous times for refund all denied!

              This is a scam business. I thought I was using a legit website to fill out and receive my passport. Once I realized it. It was too late I already sent them $168. I called them and they said they couldn't send a refund.

              This site presents itself as what you need to do to apply for a passport. We Paid for renewals, expedite services of passports and then we find out from the **** that this was not correct. You DO NOT pay for passports online, you must submit check or money order and pay an entirely set of different fees. I hope this site doesn't take personal info and share it. I will now have to issue a credit freeze and hope things don't get worse! I've requested a refund and will see what happens but VERY misleading!

              In the small print it says they don't give you your passport. Noticed it after submitting and immediately requested a refund which of course was denied. So I paid $148.90 for paperwork that is free at the post office

              This business is a complete ****. They don't provide anything beyond what the US State Department provides for free.
