      On March 5, 2024, I contacted this company to get a prescriptive letter for a psychiatric service dog, I paid them $189. upfront. I specifically asked if they had a therapist licensed in Md., ***** said yes. I specifically asked if the providers' license # is on the letter. ***** said yes. Under the law for any prescription written by a provider, that provider must be licensed in the state he's writing for. When I recieved the letter and saw no Md. License #, I was concerned and called the company.*** stated that the *** number licensed *********** to practice in all 50 states. Not true. When I spoke with ***********, he stated he was a telehealth provider who could practice in all 50 states. That too is untrue. Further, what kind of signature is ************? There is not only no Md license #, there is no formal signature.I've reached out to the company who claim this is all legit and refuse to refund my money. If you read the laws under Fair Housing Act describing a legal PSD prescription, they clearly state that the practitioner must be licensed in the state for which he is prescribing. I want my money back.

      Consultation and prescription letter was provided within 24hours of your request. Prescription letter has all doctors Informationa and credentials, doctor is licensed in multiple states as a telehealth doctor. Licensed number was provided. You were able to speak to the manager and doctor, all questions were answered and advised that letter needed to be turned in to the leasing office/ landlord  for verification in order to be approved.  The letter was never turned in and the doctor was never called for verification. 

      After reviewing the case, we acknowledge that there was a misunderstanding regarding the protocol required to secure approval for housing accommodations. We strive to provide clear guidelines and support throughout the process to ensure our clients receive the necessary documentation appropriately.

      As a gesture of goodwill and to express our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have processed a full refund for your *** letter. 

      We deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience this situation may have caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our services and communication.
